So I was shopping this morning at Sprout's here in Flagstaff and when I got home the loaf of bread I got is STALE! And what does Sprout's suggest that when I come to the next month they'll give me credit. They REFUSED to deliver it to me. HEY SPROUT'S PLEASE STOP HIRING QUIET QUITERS!

I quit shopping here when they started charging for bags. We should have a choice. I won’t be back.

First of all there was lots of spoiled fruits on the shelves to be sold. None the less, I searched for items that looked fresh. I was very angry when I got home. Just to cover a few; the mini watermelon was rotten inside, the yellow peaches were mealy and inedible (white peaches were no better) the large individual naval oranges were all mealy and dry. I will say the green beans were great but that was it. I’ll never shop there again and I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid the store.

I have to say that the quality of the food and products is not what it used to be. I have complained many times to the south Reno location manager and it doesn’t improve anything. Their produce is wilty and soft. You can find some things that are fresh but I find that mostly it’s just not what I’m Looking to eat. I hope they improve with continued feedback

I love the Sprouts in Solana Beach, CA. Every time I go into this store, it is a breeze to shop. Kudos to Randy who does an outstanding job! He is very attentive and makes customers feel welcome. I recently met Karen who was working in the Deli and Brad at checkout. Both displayed wonderful customer skills. I always let a store know when I see great service. Keep it up - customers do notice!!!

Good bakery and produce. Decent seafood and meat department. Some outstanding employees, Mike, and the stellar Marilyn, who challenges the Japanese with her outdoor sweeping.

The haddon township nj store is absolutely the best grocery store I shop at hands down. The associates are excellent they are always offering assistance and most if not all of the ones I've been in contact with have been very knowledgeable about the products they sell and trust me that makes a huge difference for us shoppers who are not familiar with certain items. I can't tell you how many times I've walked into this particular sprouts with a shopping list and only intended to get those particular items but along the way something catches my eye that's not on my list so I'll ask an employee if they know anything about the product and believe it or not just about every time the associate will know so much about it and give me a recommendation to try it letting me know I won't regret spending the extra money on it so I give in and buy it and they were right all except 1 time so It's safe to say I trust their suggestions. There are a couple extremely great associates that go way beyond what their job requires and I'm very thankful for that cause it can get a little overwhelming especially if it's a weekend or holdifay coming up it tends to get very busy and having the knowledgeable associates help with items is a huge plus. Thank you for all you do and all the help you provided me during my visits. I love all the employee's at the Haddon township store this is my one and only grocery store I will never go anywhere else not even to another sprouts. I hope you share this with the team members of Haddon township as they are the true super stars and should be acknowledged for exceptional service

I've been shopping at Sprouts for Years. After the Pandemic they have raised their prices and the quality of produce is often in the Gutter. There Selling Old Potatoes and Onions that rot in the bag in less than a Week, and Prices are Higher than Whole Foods. They've stopped selling certain healthy organic breads and Brands that are lower priced. I used Instacart for a Ribeye Listed at $17 and ended up being Charged $31. I went into the Store for Romaine there were only 3 Left no more in the Store...they were brown, and wilting, I only needed 1, but I knew the 3 would mostly be for the garbage in the end I bought 3 and after discarding the Useless Parts I ended up paying the cost of 3 for 1 barely useable. This is Not Isolated It's been going on for over a Year. Charging more and failing in Product Availability, Cost, and Quality.

I remember almost 2 years ago I was told by an employee that Sprouts was looking to move their prices to Whole Food's pricing. Well, their prices are even higher now. I can buy many of the same products from other supermarkets or stores. I priced out 5 items and they were the highest. Silk soy milk, Whole Food $4.99, Safeway $4.99 and Sprouts on sale at $5.99, off sale price over $6.00. Things like their bell peppers are so small and much higher in price. Do a little shopping and save money. I don't shop there anymore. I also noticed on Facebook they only have 3 stars.

I would like to give a shout out to one of your employees. His name is Myron. He works behind the deli. Always has a beautiful welcoming smile. And he always willing to introduce other products to me. He is a true Gentleman. He works at the Rancho Cucamonga California Store on Carnelian and 19th street.

Liz who works in the Vitamin/Health Dept. at the Santa Clara Sprouts Farmers Market has assisted me on numerous occasions. Liz is a wealth of vitamin/mineral knowledge and is a benefit to customers and to Sprouts in general. She goes out of her way ringing just the right product that I asked for. I will continue to shop at Sprouts and will let others know of Liz’ knowledge and expertise regarding vitamins and minerals.

You know, there are few things that keep us interested in good, healthy food in East Texas. I live an hour from Sprouts but I was certainly excited about cooking Thaii food this evening and weekend for my kids and their friends. What a shame to be pushed to the side. I don’t believe the notice I got that there was some kind of a “run” on pickup service today. It’s not a holiday. I’d apologize for this if I wads notified just how many orders mine was with. High demand. I bet no one from Insta Cart wanted to come in in the rain on a Saturday. You know, had I been notified by noon, I could have made plans for FRESH instead. As it is, Sprouts has made sure we all eat from Walmart (again) for the rest of the weekend.
