“Still eaiting for my charger. I think they sent me a return or used unit Loose in a white box.. I have requested a charger 3x & each time super apologetic & they will send one right out.. never arrives. I spent 150 for sometime that ca never be used… still waiting .. feel scammed”
“I ordered the recorder phone charger a debugger and two sets of the recorder ear buds . one pair of ear buds and the debugger were like a week late on delivery. by the time they got here I no longer needed the items . All i did was open the shipping bag not either of the actual product containers and they refuse to refund my money on the two items . I will never do business with Spyguy again and will bad mouth them the rest of my days .”
“Ordered this product and received a order confirmation. I paid for 2 day delivery and on the 3rd day I have not recieved a follow up email or product. If the product was not available, why did not say so, very frustrating and wonder if I was scammed.”
“I do not buy from this company! I ordered from spy guy and nothing, came so I contacted the company. They told me it was sent that someone in my household went out and got it out of the mailbox. I live here with my disabled wife and my mom who has Alzheimer's who does not leave the house except through the garage when she's in the car. I informed them of this and have heard nothing back crickets. I would highly suggest against buying anything from this company they are a rip-off!”
