“Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 packs of 2 Chywanprash and only get 1. And I have been calling to get the other 2 and no resolution. YOU guys took my money and didn't complete my order. This is the second time this has happened. I will not be buying from you again. You wont answer the phone and won't make the order right. Not a way to run a business”

“Since I am being asked to review a company whose product I ordered has not yet arrived, I am obligated to answer hosestly, no good. Maybe if they dialed back their eagerness in marketing and wait until they get confirmation of delivery, I might be inclined to change that review.”

“i had two notifications at same time for packages from two different vendors in my mail box by USPS. Your shipment was missing. i sent you an email same day informing. No response as of today. The vendor can only make a claim.”

“I still have not received my package. Placed an order on Nov 29th, 2023 around 1.30 am. Still haven't received it. The same day and time I placed an order with Banyan Botanicals and recieved it 2 days ago! No response from your sales team or anyone else. Just this email about review.”

“I cannot review the product as I have not received it yet. You sent me an email on September 3rd, that it shipped and when I checked the post office update, as of September 13th, they still did not receive the item I ordered. I have contacted you several times and have not received a response. I will contact paypal to dispute this charge as you have given me no choice.”

“I am completed disappointed. I bought this hair conditioner and it’s ingredients are full of toxic. The ingredients list don’t even mentioned the Ayurvedic ingredients they support to have. Then, I sent an email I want my refund and ask for the return label and they never send it back. Where is the coherency when you’re in a path to be more natural and connect with your inner when you’re can truth to this spiritual leader. You cannot gets a deeper inner experience full of toxins in your body.”
