“Not sure getting divorced is something that could make me happy but it was handled efficiently most of the time. I have had to go into the site again and post a new review as unlike most surveys there were only two questions. I had no issues with the people I dealt with but the process was incredibly slow. It took from March 2016 to August 2017 for an uncontested divorce to go through. One of the issues was the charges. Admittedly we went from a DIY divorce to an assisted one but there were a couple of issues. 1. The cost of filing with the family court was very expensive. I understand the Tory Government put it up from £50 to £500 or more which makes it impossible for people with no money to get divorced. I understand there are about 1m people in the UK in that situation. Also there was a final charge of £50 which was last mentioned in a document dating from 2016 so I was hardly likely to remember it. There was also a few hiccups with forms either not signed correctly or filled in properly that we didn't understand.I guess in some ways you get what you pay for but the whole thing seemed painfully slow and what it did prevent us both doing was changing our wills. However the staff were always kind and helpful and did explain the process.”

“dont believe a word they tell you, never rerturn communications.have a complaint in with them and it still hasnt been dealt with 10 weeks later. i now have the ombudsman involved. they are upto £2700 in costs now and i am still waiting for the court case a year and a half on. i have a witness and the third party dont. this company also ask 25% of your claim. only expecting £2000. proper pile of pooh stay clear”

“I have never needed a lawyer for anything but when I needed my divorce sorted, I did a Google search and came across a selective choice of firms that appealed to me. SSB law was it for me. Still had some uncertainties because of the locations apart. From beginning to finish the service was outstanding. Rachel Woolley who was my rep was nothing short of amazing. Every update I was informed about. She was very thorough she would always send me an email followed by a letter in the post. And I could correspond with her with ease. Even as she was leaving for maternity she gave me the courtesy of informing me of who would carry on the task of seeing to my case. Sarah Afzal was my new rep. She was just as professional as Rachel. She would likewise let me know of any developments. Even though I have not met these two people, I am very grateful for their professional manner in which they took on my case and brought it to an end to which I am very happy about and it took no longer than I expected. I would certainly recommend Ssb law to all my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you SSB LAW.”

“Please don't believe the fake reviews your seeing on here this company is so corrupt it's unbelievable lie after lie this company tells has got to stop there no win no fee is criminal they draw you in then find a way month's on to say you have breached your terms and conditions......Whack you with a massive bill and threaten you with debt collectors please don't be fooled by this firm.”

“SSB have helped me through the process of my Divorce, they have been professional and courteous at all times and have dealt with the paper work side of things very efficiently. Someone was always on the end of the phone to . answer my questions and give me sound advice . I would certainly use them again if any legal matter occured and highly reccomend Angela and her team.”
