“I would advice client to use ssb they are reliable and excellent.on the good thing I real love about ssb when you phone there always some one there to answer the phone .even it your solicitor is not there the person who answer the phone can also advice you about your case progress .on they always keep you posted . They are straightforward on honest on cheap in fee.a big that you to all the ssb team.excellent.”

“I contacted SSB whilst searching for an alternative law firm. The website started my excellent customer journey and I was contacted very quickly after leaving my details. The process was positive, attentive and value for money and I felt in control at each point. I would recommend SSB Law on the basis that they are big enough to cope, but small enough to care”

“I have found you to be very helpful regarding my situation and was suggestive with areas i would not of thought of that assisted n a very successful case. Unfortunately due to what i have had to endure during this time, i have found that the persons in question are not having a great experience of life quality and i have heard since we have had a successful case social care are trying to find ways to get me back involved in the situation as i still refuse to associate with the situation.”

“I asked SSB Law to provide a professional will service. They proceeded to sign me up - without my permission - to their spam list. They send e-mails with misleading subjects like "About your claim" - designed to mislead people into thinking that the e-mail is relevant to them. But, it's not, it's just phishing for injury claims. I expect this behaviour from cowboy companies who scam and phish and mislead and coldcall to get their business. Not from a professional service. http://imgur.com/kvEOL2C”

Thank you for your feedback. The permisson to use your email address to notify you of services and events which you may be interested in is derived from paragraph 16.7 of the terms and conditions of business which is sent to all clients at the outset of our relationship. We did not receive a communication from you to say that you did not want to receive such notifications, although to be fair it took just 6 days from you contacting us to complete the work that you asked us to do. As soon as you made us aware of your complaint your name was removed from the list. You had been sent an email (in error) that had ben designed for customers who had previously enquired about personal injury claims. We do not send spam emails - we do try to keep our customers informed. Once again I can only apologise for the fact that we made an error in relation to the services that you might be interested in and in doing so that we upset you. I am pleased to say that I have not been made aware of any other similar complaints so I am satisfied that it was an isolated incident. Kind regards Jeremy Brooke - Partner

“My will took nearly 4 months to finalise. When I received a draft it was incorrect and I was made to feel bad when I asked my solicitor to explain the wording. The solicitor was also very poor at getting back to me when I sent emails asking about progress. I then met with somebody else who informed me that my solicitor had left and they were unsure about the wording as well and had to ask a colleague. I returned a week later to sign the will.”

I am extremely sorry to hear of the experience tha you had with us. Due to us being let down by a a solicitor who should have been joining us but then changed her mind, we had to bring in a locum solicitor over the period that you refer to. Unfortunately that locum was appalling in her standarsd of work and we are currently preparing a case against her. I am so sorry that you suffered as a consequence of that happening. We do have a complaints procedure (which is set out in our terms of engagement) and I do wish that you had raised your complaint through that process. However, I accept your complaint and I will write you to detail how we will resolve it. Apolgies again, it is not the standard of work that we accept at this firm. Jeremy Brooke - Partner
