“Awful!! Sat waiting for the bus from 3pm until 4!! It’s 0c in there and you’ve got people waiting in prime school hours for over an hour!!! The most vile bus station hygienically and no explanation or apology as to why 3 busses didn’t show up!! If I didn’t HAVE to use this service, I would happily never get on it again. Vile!! When the bus finally showed up, it was a tiny bus trying to cater to easily 60 people making us all stand. Disgusting”
“I have been using the 14 A from St Margaret’s Bus Station ,what an absolute disgrace this place is ,I don’t know who cleans it but by the state of it nobody by the looks of it .Only one cubicle in the ladies toilet working ,there was a bin overflowing in the bus station itself Ugh .After all the money that was spent on it someone needs to be held accountable for the state of it .One good thing about it was the cafe served a decent cup of coffee ☕️”
“Every single male toilet was blocked, when you try to flush previous waste every flush was broken, the floors covered in waste, urinals full of waste, absolutely disgusting.”

“The Skylink Service is excellent except that forming a queue for same is very confusing, and people jump a formed queue which is very annoying especially as I am disabled.
Please can there be obvious signs for which way a queue should form either on the floor or on the windows next to the 'gates' for buses?”

“I use St Margaret’s Bus station to travel on Skylink and every time I visit it I am appalled by the state of how grubby the floors are ,doesn’t it have any cleaners. ?Anyone coming to Leicester via the bus station would certainly not would not be impressed on the cleanliness .”
