“The Skylink Service is excellent except that forming a queue for same is very confusing, and people jump a formed queue which is very annoying especially as I am disabled.
Please can there be obvious signs for which way a queue should form either on the floor or on the windows next to the 'gates' for buses?”
“toilets not very clean when i used them and why put a light colour slab on the bus station floor they are filthy and don't look easy to clean. The cafe is nice in there and clean.”
