“Everything was amazing. From the people I worked with before we left, Rob and Mary Pati. Both of you gave us exceptional service. The people we worked with at the villa, Leo and Medy, were unbelievable. Nothing was too much for them. If something at the the villa was not working, it would be fixed that day. Whatever we needed was provided for us. Thanks you so much for helping to make our vacation such a memorable experience. Nothing was ever too much for them. St Martin Blue is the company to deal with when booking your vacation in St Martin. I have been using them for many years and everything always goes very smoothly.”

“This villa checked all our boxes! It was perfect for our 50th guys trip to the island. The pictures don't do this place justice. The view... the location (5 min walk to one of the best beaches on the island), the pool, the veranda, the amenities...all of it! Can't wait for our next visit.”

“We had the most wonderful vacation. Everything was even beyond our expectations. The house was beautifully designed to give us each our privacy and also to come together to enjoy the outdoor dining area and the common rooms. “Just returned after 12 days …. Prepare to be impressed with the first and second conversation with your sales agent , and then once you send in your deposit ….. good luck getting a response to your inquiries. The villa “kiwi” was positioned to me as being right in the heart of Les Terres Basses…. It was not. It was not inside the gated community like I had requested . On our contract it stated a cleaning lady every day (except Sundays and holidays ), she showed up for 4 hours total out of a 12 day period. In my contract I was supposed to get a chef with a special meal….. never happened. Marius the concierge was a nice man… we got the pleasure of speaking to one another about 2-4 times a day so that he could help me arrange trades for all of the deficiencies in the villa. There were days that we felt like project managers ….. only we were paying them! Lighting deficiencies, BBQ not operable , leaking washing machine, tons of ants , leaking faucets , drain issues in the showers, and a cleaning lady who doesn’t show up. Never Again.”

“My points: 1. Driver did not show up. 2. After waiting for one hour, the concierge told us to take a taxi. 3. Concierge did not provide address to give the taxi driver. 4. The Concierge did not show us everything in the Villa (i.e. where to put garbage when full, remote, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.). 5. The itinerary received stipulated a 12pm check out, yet the concierge advised it was 11am.”

“Everything was great as usual very helpful. Madi was very reachable and helpful. The concierge takes about 24 hours to get back to you, which is fine for most of the year but if you’re only there for seven days and you need something, they should get back to you right away. other than that it was wonderful.”

“This review pertains to the property we rented through St Martin Blue ... the propery, Bella Casa was incredible, the house, the layout, the location, the view and the staff were the best we have experienced in this type of travel since 2003. The rave review from all 16 of us was the quality of the toilet paper... typically the house owner tries to cheap with one ply junk ... Bella Casa toilet paper was the best of the best! My wife and who are in our 80's would suggest that they install a stainless handrail in center of the pool stairs ... it would make getting out of that beautiful pool much easer on old folks.”

“Our group have the most fantastic week in St. Martin staying at Villa Mirabelle. Like most places, the pictures don’t do it justice as the view of the lagoon is spectacular. Layout is perfect and comfortable for a group. I can’t say enough about Jahelle, our concierge. She was over the top helpful and responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend St. Martin Blue if you plan to visit the island!”

“We had an amazing stay at Etoile De Mer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From the ease of booking, the communication, our concierge and housekeeping services, security and property management this was a 10 out of 10 property and experience! We’ve stayed on the diamond many times, Shore Point and Cupecoy are our favorite locations and this stunning and beautifully maintained villa exceeded all of our expectations. Comfortable beds, extremely clean inside and out, perfect furnishings outdoors to lounge by the pool or over look the ocean views! We can’t wait to return!”

“Great place for 3 couples, very secluded Villa felt like it had not had guests for quite some time. We were visited by a family of stray dogs barking all night one evening along with some unwanted rodents in the kitchen one day. All the management was on top of things 24 /7. The view is to kill, the pool deck is spectacular.Shopping and restaurants are about 10 minutes away though walking at night is hilly and Dark and dangerous. We did some private in-house dining evenings which were very good. Great part of the French side. We would love to return.”
