Cheyenne was an excellent and attentive host for our stay. The transfer from the airport to our villa was awesome. We plan to use St Martin Blue again for our next trip to our favorite island.

Our Villa was very clean and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay and our interaction with our concierge, Marius Charles, was outstanding. He assisted in a medical emergency in the middle of the night. Without his help, I hate to think what would have happened. Our housekeeper, Nathalie, was wonderful. Our unit was so clean, she even did our laundry. That has never happened to me before. It was a wonderful vacation.

Working with St. Martin Blue was excellent. When I was researching candidate properties in St. Martin / Sint Maarten to stay at, they were very good about responding to my questions quickly and clearly. The reservation process was straightforward. Final payment was similarly a simple process to complete. We rented two cars for our visit, and I feel the price, quality, and simplicity of renting cars thru St. Martin Blue was excellent. Leading up to the trip I had a few clarifying questions for St. Martin Blue, and they were both patient and thorough with their responses. The concierge (Marius) and housekeeper (Nathalie) assigned to us in St. Martin were outstanding. In summary, I feel St. Martin Blue provided excellent service and accurately represented the properties available for rent - I will definitely do business with them again when considering trips to not only St. Martin but other Caribbean islands as well.

We rented Mubai for 2 weeks ! First 3 days we had considerale issues . . . Air conditioning, Hot water and TV - must report that the staff was outstanding in resolving all of our issues within 3 days! We did feel that all of the issues should have been checked and resolved before our arrival so that was a disappoitntment. Greatful for an outstanding staff. Loved the location and appreciated the amazing views and sunsets.

The St. Martin Blue staff was great and frequently checking in to make sure everything was good. We did have internet and TV issues but they worked hard to help us fix those.

Service from questions and preparation before the trip to service while staying at the house is excellent. It makes traveling more predictable and less stressful which makes for a great trip.

St Martin Blue was ok pre-visit but we had a few issues onsite with Villa that impacted our enjoyment. First of all, no one showed up to pick us up from airport and we waited way over an hour past expected time and with much stress. (It was on a Sunday and we had traveled 12 hours at that point) and apparently the person assigned to pick us up forgot us.) A/C and TV in the master bedroom didn't work most of our stay there. They did send technicians twice for each problem but that impaired our enjoyment waiting on responses and having to make ourselves available to maintenance. (They told us we didn't have to wait around but that's was of little comfort and not what we felt comfortable doing so a lot of our limited time there was spent waiting on resolutions instead of enjoying ourselves and a lot of our time spent there had a parade of people in/out which was WAY intrusive.) There was poor communication between mgt and repairmen. They would report problem resolved, when in fact they were not, and repairmen told us personally that they weren't sure problem was fixed and to "let them know" if it continues, which both problems continued throughout our stay and required us to recontact mgt for repair/service. Each problem was minimally resolved throughout our stay. They may claim there was a miscommunication (language) but their English was good enough that there was no mistake on what we were told. (Fox example, A/C continued to freeze up, though we did NOT turn temp below the recommended degree, and were told to close doors and curtains to help improve situation -which had minimal improvement and made it impossible to enjoy the view we paid for.) After all that, there was an exterior maintenance problem (never explained to us why it was necessary) that briefly interrupted our outdoor family event that was another intrusion. Even after everything, mgt did not offer any refund or credit towards our stay, which under the circumstances seemed inappropriate at best. I lived in St Maarten decades ago under much more unsophisticated circumstances, so I had reasonable expectations but this trip had exceptional meaning to myself personally and my family and felt a bit cheated and disappointed. Villa's a nice place and would have loved everything about it except for above mentioned and owner needs regular maintenance weeks or perhaps we were extremely unlucky.

I had the absolute best experience while staying at a villa with St. Martin blue. My host Anthony was amazing and very resourceful in helping my group and I navigate the island, and ensured we had the best experience. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends !

The St. Martin Blue team was always responsive, friendly and helpful. Their web site is user friendly and helped to make our vacation go smoothly. Best of all, the villa was truly amazing. Just as pictured and even better than imagined!

Very easy communication with St Martin Blue Staff via e-mail. My main contact person was Eddie Hunt, extremely professional, service-oriented and very polite. Due to COVID, I had to change my reservation several times. They handled my requests very flexibly and on my behalf of mine. There is a local representative on the island who welcomes you on the first day and explains to you the most important things. In our case, it was Cheyenne, also a very professional and polite person. When we arrived at the villa, everything was perfectly well prepared and organized. During the stay, she contacted us regularly, just to make sure, that all was fine. When we sent her a message, we got an answer within minutes.

Our stay at Etoile de Mer was fantastic! The villa is actually more spectacular than the pictures we saw online. We enjoyed spending much of our time in the pool. The bedrooms were all very nice and beds and pillows very comfortable. Juliet was wonderful and met all our needs. Only one complaint was opening the front door. Always had a problem with that.

Arranging a villa through St Martin Blue was the easy part. However, their onsite property management team was frustrating and ruined some of our experience. I won’t go into the drama as everyone involved knows what happened. This review is mainly for the Ambiance villa. Hot water issue on the first day, the “grass” was more dirt and weeds, the pool alarm went off unexpectedly and we thought it was a fire alarm as we raced around inside and outside of the villa in a panic until the second time the pool alarm went off that we were able to get the code to shut it off, need window coverings in the living room so if you want to watch tv during the day you won’t be blinded, no real mosquito issues like at previous villas, lots of iguana poo all over the grass area, minor Wi-Fi issues on 8/7, the patio area was great as the time we were there the weather was rainy and windy so at least we could be outside.

We’ve always had a good experience with St Martin Blue. They meet us at the airport and transport us to our Villa as well as pick us up for our return flight home. This year on our return, a smaller van was sent for our pickup that could not accommodate all the luggage for 4 couples so we had to put half the luggage in the car and drive to the airport.

We have rented with St. Martin Blue for several years and have enjoyed their service. Their website showcases the villas and is easy to navigate. They also offer great service and are responsive with questions or issues. We will be using their service for our next vacation in (our favorite place!) St. Martin

Just returned from St Martin where we celebrated our 50th anniversary with a family vacation. Knowing someone who had booked through Isle Blue last season and had a wonderful experience we were comfortable to do the same. From the start of the process till check out they were always helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We chose Ocean 5 in St Martin and found the villa to be perfect for our needs. We had 2 minor maintenance issues while there and they were taken care of in less than a day. Our Conceirge, Axel, greeted us at the villa to facilitate the transfer of keys and gate remotes, and provided a long list of places, beaches and restaurants that he recommended. Our housekeeper, Geraldine, was wonderful and was helpful in every way. Our wish to have all our children and grandchildren together in a memorable location for a week was everything we could have asked for due to the care and consideration of the staff at Isle Blue and the quality of the property they represent. I would book through them again, on any of the islands again, without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
