We ordered a US size 2 dress. It came and was the wrong size. None of the measurements were right. After creating a ticket, picture proof, told to take to a tailor and charges would be adjusted, they continue to say they sent the right size. Over 4" taken in and padding added. Alterations cost more than the dress. They wouldn't refund the dress cost or even half the cost. All we wanted was to return it for a refund. Have spend over $400 total now and they say they can give us $35. This is absolutely absurd. Their site said they take returns and the ticket was made with in a couple days of receiving the dress. They say with 14 days. Not custom. Still refused to take back or refund anywhere close to the cost!

This is a scam store based in Hong Kong. They absolutely refuse to offer refunds. If your dress doesn't fit, they tell you too bad, it's your own fault. You will have to go thru your credit card to dispute the charges. Avoid this place at all cost!

I purchased a dress to wear on my daughters wedding but when it arrived and I tried it on it was I’ll fitting on me and looked too young on me and not appropriate. So no big deal I’ll just return it within the return date. Here’s where it all went south. I had to send pictures showing that the dress was intact with tags still on. I did that. Then Stacey’s informed me that I’d only get 75% back even though I was returning well in my return date. And I had to pay for the shipping and handling so you get NO return label. And they kept offering me less than half what i paid d if I just kept the dress. But the dress isn’t right for me. Stacey’s actually asked me if there was someone I could sell it too…. WHAT!? Just be warned before you purchase, because you really can’t return it without totally losing out on it. I can’t wear it. I will never order from them again

I am experiencing the same issues as everyone listed below. No simple return policy - repeated offers to buy the dress for a low-ball amount and refusal to provide return instructions. I'm wondering anyone has contacted something like the Better Business Bureau? No experience with this but I am now adamant that I will not accept anything except a full refund!

DO NOT BUY THE DRESS UNLESS YOU INTEND ON KEEPING IT!!! Wish I had looked further than the website on reviews for this Website. The "no worries return policy" is the exact opposite!! They respond maybe once a 24 hr period, offer all ways for you to keep the dress and then pretty much tell you if you still return it will probably "get lost" and then you will get no refund. I settled for the $30 credit and will just try to resell on my own. DO NOT BUY THE DRESS UNLESS YOU INTEND ON KEEPING IT!!!

The same problem everyone is experiencing trying to return a dress this company is a disgrace I would advise not to buy from them I’ve never experienced dreadful customer service like this before I wish I had read the reviews before!

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered a regular dress. It was not custom. They tell you to make a ticket for a return. But when they email you back they won’t take the dress back. They suggest you sell the dress on your own. When you go to website to chat with someone it says there is a 5 hour wait time. Please do not order from them unless you are 100% sure you’re keeping the dress. This company sucks

i’m trying to return an order number SM03080155, item number S18044M.This is the most difficult website I’ve ever tried to navigate, simply impossible. You ,cannot help me if you can’t communicate with me. This dress does not fit and I am having an impossible time trying to communicate with you or understand what I need to do to return this dress. READ REFUND POLICY BEFORE ORDERING!! I ordered a dress, it took weeks to arrive, it was not good craftmanship and it did not fit well at all. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful. They told me it would be too "unstable" to return the dress. They offered me a $10 refund on $100 and I could keep the dress that didn't fit. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a dress. When the dress arrived, it looked exactly like the picture, but upon inspection and trying the dress on, there were so many loose threads that the ruffles were coming off the dress. The bottom of the dress looks like a 4 year old cut the material. It was so uneven, that it looked awful. The material was so thin that the straps felt like they were going to tear which would cause the dress to fall down. The metal used on the fabric was too heavy for the material of the dress and they were constantly twisting. The company claims the dress was custom made, but I don\'t buy that. We never sent measurements. They gaslighted during the attempted return process. They asked for photos of the issues - I sent the max amount. The person responding to us from customer service, John, sent a stock photo and claimed the dress was not that way when it was shipped. I have never dealt with a more dishonest company who claims things are custom made then does not accept responsibility for the defective product produced. If this dress were to be worn as intended, to prom, the chances of a major wardrobe malfunction are exceeding high as the quality of the fabric is so thin and cheap. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM THIS RETAILER. YOU WILL NOT GET A QUALITY PRODUCT!

I have been trying to return a dress. It is impossible to get anyone to respond to my multiple emails. They offered me to keep the dress and they would refund me $80. I declined that ridiculous offer and they stopped responding to me. I waited 45 minutes to “chat” with customer service and they barely responded and didn’t help me. I am still trying to return my dress and am not getting any response from this company.

DECEPTIVE RETURN POLICY - READ the entire Return policy - headline is so misleading The webpage that details the return policy is clearly designed to mislead shoppers. In a bold headline- it states most items can be returned within 14 days. It is not stated clearly until the 4th bullet of the policy that 90% of the dresses cannot be returned. It is very evident that they are trying to encourage purchase to drive sales and then punish shoppers for not reading down the list of bullets. If this is your policy- fine, but stop hiding the fact that the dresses cannot be returned. Ethical, quality businesses – state the most important facts 1st in order to be transparent to the shopper. In addition, in regards to the policy, its hard to believe that ‘tailors’ make the dresses to order, especially when ordering a standard size. The quality of the dress, the low cost and shipping time hardly indicate a custom made dress. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STACEES

The dresses were way larger than the size charts and the seller will not process a return. It's horrible. Do not buy from them.

I ADVISE THAT YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY. We bought a dress for my daughter for her upcoming prom. We decided to purchase from Stacees after checking their website and it confirming they had a returns policy. The dress was £170.00 inc postage and was lovely but didn't quite fit right and the style just wasn't right. I therefore contacted Stacees to ask how we go about returning the dress and obtaining a refund. To my surprised I was first of all offered the chance to purchase another dress at a lower cost. When I refused this and requested the refund again I was offered a refund of £15.00. I refused this and was then offered a £30.00 refund. I refused this and was offered a £40.00 refund. When i refused this I was then advised by John 'We are willing to provide a full refund to every customer who returns the product.' but he only offered £123.20. When I refused this and asked for instructions to return the dress I was then advised I wasn't entitled to a refund. I have an email trail with 7 different people and still no refund. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The dress arrived slightly smaller than the measurments indicated. Need to return for the next size up. Getting a COMPLETE runaround. Everything that everyone else is saying is true. They made me send them photos of the dress to prove it wasn't worn before giving me a return label. THEN they came back and offered me $30 for a $153 dollar dress . Like everyone elese has said, they tell me i am better off selling the dress on my own. ABSOLUTELY NOT. and apparently we all get emails from "Bella". TOTAL SCAM. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STACEE'S!!!!!
