“They do not honor their return policy clearly stated on their website. Gave me a run around for over a week - offering $65 for a dress that altogether cost $169. Absolutely miserable customer service; even stated i would buy another dress once i could return this unwearable one. Nope, nothing.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES!!! The dress arrive deformed, but the company refused to approve a return. They offered less than 30% in a “credit” and claimed the extra costs associated with shipping and scrapping the material would exceed the return amount. The return policy online clearly states they offer a full refund (including shipping), but that’s not true.”

“Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT BUY.”

“If 0 stars were an option I would select that one. I ordered a dress for my daughter. It arrived late and I contacted them the day I got it to start a return and was basically told too bad. I would not buy anything from this company.”

“Looking to buy a homecoming dress? Don’t buy from Stacee’s! I ordered a dress in a size 4 because that size seemed closest to my daughter’s measurements. In response my order, Stacee’s emailed me, asking for her specific measurements. I provided them, saying I realized they didn’t quite match up with the size 4 measurements but it was the size that most closely matched her measurements. They replied, saying they’d make the dress according to the measurements. I asked, “Does that mean we won’t be able to return it, if needed?” and they replied with, “Custom and standard size, no matter which you choose, when you receive the dresses, if you have any problems with your dress, you can contact us for return and refund.” Based on that information, I told them to go ahead and make the dress according the measurements. When the dress arrived, it did not fit; the bust was way too large. Therefore, I requested a return, letting them know I knew it was a custom dress but was told I’d be able to return it whether it was custom or standard - and provided a screenshot of that email. Despite this fact, today I received an email that said I can’t return a custom dress. 😡 Needless to say, I will never order from Stacee’s again, and I’ll tell everyone I know to steer clear of a company that lies to its potential customers in order to get their business.”

“Attempted to return a dress that was supposed to be satin and it wasn’t. Looked nothing like the picture on the model. Didn’t realize this company was not in the United States. Would not allow me to return the dress for a full refund. Recommended me keeping the dress and accepting a 30.00 credit. I ended up donating the dress to a good cause. I highly don’t recommend this website.”

“UNBELIEVABLY poor customer service. I spent $184 on a custom dress with a nonfunctional zipper. It does not zip down. It does not zip up. I reported the problem the same day that the dress finally arrived in the mail. At first, they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase -- I was like, are you kidding me, what about THIS purchase? What about this stuck zipper? Why would I order a second time from a company that ships defective merchandise? They made me jump through hoops for 10 days with no resolution. I sent a dozen emails and followed all of their stupid instructions ... for instance, make a video of the zipper NOT working and send it to their customer service team. I wasted my time trying to comply with their demands. Turns out their portal does not even support videos! Submitting a video to Stacees isn't even technologically possible. I now know that they were just buying time in an attempt to make me so frustrated that I go away. They have the audacity to email me a still photo of what may or may not have been my dress on a dress form, saying that the zipper is clearly working as evidenced from the photo. LOL, WHAT? And good luck communicating with them since they're located in Hong Kong and barely speak English. They sign their emails with fake American names. These people are deceitful and underhanded. And now I have to run around at the last minute trying to find a seamstress to replace the zipper. Avoid this scam operation at all costs. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES. Sent us a dress 6 inches too small and refuse to give a refund. Told us to resell the dress to get some of our money back since their mistake would cost them too much money to fix. Totally scammed us out of $123. Just. the. worst.”

“Ordered dress in standard size, arrived and was vastly different from photo - color wrong, straps different than pictured. immediately requested a return (within their stated 14 day window) and was refused a refund for the return. about a dozen emails later I've gotten nowhere. They're based in China, NOT California. It's a complete scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ANYWHERE ELSE :(”

“Stacy‘s dresses are absolutely gorgeous no matter what occasion is she will work with you and make you feel like a princess. I got both of my wedding dresses and five bridesmaids dresses off Stacy‘s if I had to do it again I will invest again . her dresses are made with love with quality beating laces for every size. Thank you again Stacy for making my day feels beautiful and blessed as it was..”

“My daughter ordered two dresses from this company. She has been trying to return it. They do not fit. The company even asked for a picture of the item on her body who does that it doesn’t fit. It would not be an appropriate picture to send. She has been communicating back-and-forth, trying to get them to send her information to return the product. There has been no resolution do not order from this company. They do not take returns. If you read all the reviews I wish she did because it states that they do not take the returns even though they say they do , I’m wrong and hopefully eventually they take it back but it doesn’t look like it’s going in that direction and spent up to $400 on these two dresses”

“If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a standard size 12 bridesmaid dress yesterday with rush shipping for $135. Today I was able to get my current dress altered in time. When I contacted to cancel the would only refund 90 percent of the dress amount. States their cancellation policy which I never noticed during checkout. I ordered less than 24 hr ago. It is a disgusting business tactic and I will never recommend anyone to their website.”

“This company will cheat you and lie. Beware! Beware! Beware! They will not accept returns like their website says. They are not based out of California. They are based out of Hong Kong! They cheated me out of $402. They sent me a subpar dress that did not fit and one that was poor quality. I would advise you strongly not to order from this company.”
