“Ordered dress in standard size, arrived and was vastly different from photo - color wrong, straps different than pictured. immediately requested a return (within their stated 14 day window) and was refused a refund for the return. about a dozen emails later I've gotten nowhere. They're based in China, NOT California. It's a complete scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ANYWHERE ELSE :(”

“Stacy‘s dresses are absolutely gorgeous no matter what occasion is she will work with you and make you feel like a princess. I got both of my wedding dresses and five bridesmaids dresses off Stacy‘s if I had to do it again I will invest again . her dresses are made with love with quality beating laces for every size. Thank you again Stacy for making my day feels beautiful and blessed as it was..”

“My daughter ordered two dresses from this company. She has been trying to return it. They do not fit. The company even asked for a picture of the item on her body who does that it doesn’t fit. It would not be an appropriate picture to send. She has been communicating back-and-forth, trying to get them to send her information to return the product. There has been no resolution do not order from this company. They do not take returns. If you read all the reviews I wish she did because it states that they do not take the returns even though they say they do , I’m wrong and hopefully eventually they take it back but it doesn’t look like it’s going in that direction and spent up to $400 on these two dresses”

“Do not order from this website, they lie to you about the return policy. Dresses do not fit like it show in chart they take their time answering and then they said “ we can’t return the dress” my daughter and I are stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit!”

“If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a standard size 12 bridesmaid dress yesterday with rush shipping for $135. Today I was able to get my current dress altered in time. When I contacted to cancel the would only refund 90 percent of the dress amount. States their cancellation policy which I never noticed during checkout. I ordered less than 24 hr ago. It is a disgusting business tactic and I will never recommend anyone to their website.”

“Avoid this company at all costs, they sent faulty dress and refused to accept the return or process a refund. The dresses are poor quality and don't justify the price tag. Save yourself the hassle.”

“This company will cheat you and lie. Beware! Beware! Beware! They will not accept returns like their website says. They are not based out of California. They are based out of Hong Kong! They cheated me out of $402. They sent me a subpar dress that did not fit and one that was poor quality. I would advise you strongly not to order from this company.”

“I was really scared when I read all the bad reviews after I ordered, but to my surprise it came in the mail the within the time frame given, the dress looked just like the photo except a slight color difference. It fit great and I got so many compliments :) idk if I got lucky but I’d recommend buying from here!”

“Stacees is a rip-off. I ordered a dress for $159, and though it fit, it looked matronly and not the look I wanted. I asked to return the dress for a full refund. Stacees ignored several of my requests, then said that shipping was expensive so I could keep the dress, sell it myself, and order another dress for $50. I DID NOT NEED NOR WANT another dress, so I refused and asked to return it for a full refund. Again, they ignored me until I threatened to post negative reviews. Eventually, they said they would refund $40 and I should sell the dress myself. What a terrible company with horrible customer service; they basically stole money from me and they lie on their website saying you can return items for full refund. Instead, I bought a beautiful dress from Azazie that is lovely, as is their customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with Stacees. Rip-off!!”

“SCAMMERS, actually IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Refuses to fulfill return policy. Do NOT order from these sick idiots. Literally in the policy says they pay for return shipping back and refuses to pay for shipping and only wants to offer a fraction of what the dress costs. I couldn’t even wear the poorly made dress to my prom it was so bad.”

“Do not buy from here. I recieved my order and the dress is not the same as the one advertised on the website. The product is defective and there are a few problems. The sleeves are wonky, the breast pads are also wonky and a missmatch colour to the dress, the stitching isnt to a high standard and also the dress has a very long train which is not shown on the picture advertised. My order was for a standard size 10 dress, they asked me for my measurements via email after I placed the order so I gave them. I have emailed and explained that the dress is not as advertised on their site and also sent them pictures showing the dress being the wrong fit and style along with it being poorly made and the dress being poorly made wuth the defective issues. They are trying their hardest to stop me having a full refund because they've said its custom made...however I didn't ask for a custom made dress I ordered a standard size 10. There was an option for a custom made dress which cost more..I explained that they contacted me and asked me to confirm my measurements I didn't ask for a custom made one. They have said that the shipping will be too much for them to return it or I am to pay them extra money so they can make another one. This is completely unfair. Do not waste your money this place is a scam.”

“DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM STACEE's! It is true this website is a scam. They claim the dresses are custom made but they are not. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughter's prom because the site stated "full refund within two weeks of shipping". The dresses took almost 10 days longer to arrive then originally quoted which left no time for alterations. They were grossly oversized! We ordered based on the sizing recommendation of the website and after measuring my daughter according to their specifications we ordered a size 4. I immediately tried to process a return and have been emailing back and forth for 2 full months now. They have asked for pictures which I sent, measurement's which I also sent twice, and drawings of the dresses. I have proved to them that the measurement of the dresses doesn't even match what is on the tag. They told me that "custom made, hand stitched dresses" have size variations and it should have been expected. In previous emails they stated that their hand made dresses rarely ever have size issues. I have two months worth of emailing back and forth and each time a different person responds and I receive a different excuse as to why they can not return the dresses or offer me my refund. They keep refusing to return and give me a refund because they state the dresses may not make it back to them and would have to incinerated anyway! Each time they offer me "compensation" to keep the dresses which at this point isn't even 50% of what I paid. I would highly recommend staying away from this website. At this point, I know if I returned the dresses they would never process my refund. I am offering to take 50% of what I paid at this point and hoping I make a little more reselling them. Save yourself the aggravation and stress and order from a different website. The dress material is very stiff and itchy and some of the seams on the dresses are not even straight. I am sure I will have a difficult time getting any amount of money selling them on my own and will have to take a loss on 3 dresses my daughter couldn't wear.”

“Before ordering I confirmed with an advisor via chat and email that the standard size I was ordering could be returned I it didn't fit. The dress arrived 2 sizes to small. They refused a refund but offered to send me some material to take the dress to a tailors! They then offered £30 refund and I could keep the dress, I'm now being offered £90 refund if I order and pay for another dress for £30!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY”
