This company is a fraud. They say on their site that they offer free returns, but they do not. Please do not purchase from them. I am out $400 because I purchased from them.

I ordered a $207 wedding dress that didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they asked me to have it altered instead. When I declined they offered me $30 and told me to find another buyer for it. When I email them they reply by copying my message and pasting it back in! I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from them!

My mum purchased a size 16 dress from them a few back. They wanted to make a custom dress for her (we feel they tried to push for this so we couldn't return the dress. Mum opted for a size 16, and they said they could return it. She has now been trying for weeks to return it, and they are refusing to give her back 100% of her money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBISTE! SCAM! YOU CAN’T RETURN YOUR UNWANTED ITEM! THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS : 0 THE FABRIC IS SO POOR AND THE CLOTHES LOOKS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE. I am so sad I waisted my money here.

I just read a few reviews and wish I did that before ordering from them. I ordered 2 dresses, did not like them, want to return for full refund. They would not give me an address, asked questions about why I didn’t like the dress, I’m dealing with my credit card trying to get my money back from these crooks. One of their crazy responses: “Dear, Thanks for your reply and I can understand your mood. We hope to offer you the perfect dress. How about this, we re-do a new one for you for free, just collect some shipping fee. You can choose other styles and colors. We could also offer you the free custom service in order to make a perfect fit. You also needn't return the dresses you received, instead resell them. Do you think this is okay? Look forward to your reply. Sincerely, Eve”

I would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this site if looking for any wedding or prom dresses. They promise to refund if there are issues but they only offer a small amount compared to cost of dress. They say it’s custom made even when it isn’t and fabric used is not always as described. How can you advise someone that you will not give them the return address cos it costs more to return and that you will offer £30 for the inconvenience and ask them to resell it elsewhere???? This is absolutely rubbish customer service.

I ordered a dress from them. On the website it say you can return the item. The dess was too long and it wasn’t the same as the one online so i decided I didn't want to keep it. From October the 18th i have been trying to return the dress but they keep giving me options on why I should keep it. When I tell them that my final decision was to return it, they stopped emailing me and when i go on the chat they tell me to wait 24 hours for someone to reach out. It has been 72 hours and no one has emailed me back.

Do not allow you to dresses. Customer services suggested I send a picture of my daughter in the dress to see why it didn’t fit he properly. Very strange and creepy request. Then they want you to sell the non returnable dress on your own .. but encourage you to buy another dress from them!! Worse customer service ever!

I requested a return because the dress did not zip, and they asked for photos of me in it?? (Uh… the dress that doesn’t fit?!) Then never responded when I said no, because that is an inappropriate request, and asked to begin the return process. SCAM “return policy”. Buyers beware!

Fraud!!! I ordered 2 dresses, thinking I could try them both on and return the one that doesn’t fit. The dresses that showed up were shoved into a bag together. When I unpacked it, the color was off, the fit was weird, and they were so cheaply made. I could not wear either dress. I immediately tried to initiate a return, and I’ve been getting the run around for over 3 weeks. First they wanted a picture of myself in the dresses. I told them I’m not sending them pictures of my body. Then they offered me $60 to keep the dresses and sell them myself. They keep saying shipping is unstable, and risky, and they are doing me a favor. Now they are offering me 70% of my purchase price back, if I will pay them $60 to ship the dresses back. However they won’t respond to my emails any longer. Every day for the last 3 weeks, I’ve had to go into the virtual chat, and ask “Cassie” to have them respond to me. She tells me every day that she is urging them to respond. It should not require urging. Just be decent. They stole $305 dollars from me.

If I could give them no stars I would. My sister is getting married next year and we found Stacees online, I read the reviews on here and somehow they seemed good. They most certainly are paying people to leave good reviews in my opinion. Anyway, the dress came it’s awful, the colour is disgusting and the zip was faulty also 10000% too big to be a size 6. This all happened last week I have been contacting these people for 7 days AND NOTHING USEFUL. They will do everything to avoid giving you a refund such as offering to make you another dress if you pay them an extra £50. Disgusting business. So I took to their instagram and I comment on a lot of posts calling the business a scam as it is. What do they do? BLOCK ME!!!! So I’ve found another instagram account and I’m doing the same thing helping other people to not be SCAMMED. So my final thoughts on Stacees is that it’s the BIGGEST SCAM ON THE INTERNET. I really do hope people read this review and listen to me why would a company block me if what I was saying wasn’t true? UK AND IRELAND AVOID STACEES.

This is an absolutely terrible company! They refused to return my daughters dress, even though I was with in the return policy guidelines. I spoke to Cassie and she assured me that returns are not a problem before I ordered. This clearly is not the case.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DREADFULL!!!! I purchased two prom dresses in standard size 6 for my daughter to try. At the time i was ordering i got reassured from Cassie the live chat agent that returns and refunds wouldn't be a problem! 3 weeks later no return labels and no refund, just offering to keep the dresses and offer £50 compensation! This is absolutley disgraceful and I would not recommmend this business to anyone! I have reported them to trading standards! shocking customer service!!! UK COMPANY NO WAY MORE LIKE HONG KONG!!!!

Ordered a standard size dress and when it was received it was not as advertised per their website. There is no phone number for customer service. Communication is via email and takes days for a response. They refuse to issue a full refund and expect you to pay $30 shipping fee to them when it cost $15 to ship from them to me. Poorly run business and customer service.

I ordered a few dresses to try for a wedding where I am a bridesmaid . I had read the returns policy on stacees so ordered one from there. Once it arrived it was slightly the wrong shade that we wanted so I instantly went online to try and return it. This is where the trouble begins. It is impossible to return anything to this company. After raising a ticket I did not hear a response for about 4 days. When I finally did. I got asked to send over photos of the dress, I found this strange but did so. I have since heard nothing. I have contacted them on live chat numerous times and fobbed off everytime. I’m currently stuck with a £100 dress that I do not need and will never wear. The whole service is the worst iv ever experienced and let’s face it just a massive scam to steal peoples money. If you are reading this and thinking of buying anything from this site. Don’t do it. I am going to take it further but I assume by the looks of the reviews they get this happens a lot and they really don’t care much.

I ordered dresses for the bridesmaids in my wedding and paid £86 for garaunteed expedited delivery to ensure they arrived on time. I contacted customer services prior to placing my order to check they would come, during the delivery process to check things were on track, and on the final/latest day my dresses were supposed to be delivered. Each time they said the dresses would be delivered on time. They were late. The company even gave me a delivery window that I later found out was made up, as when I spoke with the delivery company they said they have no contact with the delivery service in this capacity. As a result I had no dresses for my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. I had to buy new ones from a local shop which was very stressful and expensive the day before the wedding. Worse yet, when explaining this to their customer service team they refused to refund me and let me return the dresses, despite me putting in the request to do so within the 14 day returns window. I had double checked with the company before ordering that the standard size dresses I had ordered would be eligible for return if we didn't like them when they arrived and they had reassured me it would be fine. When I contacted them they just pretended not to understand that I had requested a return and offered me £29 compensation for my order that cost over £700 with no return or refund. They finally stopped responding to me with no resolution or explanation. To be honest, the dresses (once they arrived) were actually good quality. But I will never order from this company again and warn you against doing so unless you are confident you won't need to return anything and don't have a deadline for delivery. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am having to follow up my claim with my credit card company and will be hiring a solicitor to help me with my case.

I started a return ticket 2 days after receiving the dress but I am now 3 weeks later and they will not send the info. They send every 'credit' to keep it but will not send the return information. I am at least on attempt 10 to get the info. A total scam on the return. I would give them no stars if it was possible.
