“ Before ordering I confirmed with an advisor via chat and email that the standard size I was ordering could be returned I it didn't fit. The dress arrived 2 sizes to small. They refused a refund but offered to send me some material to take the dress to a tailors! They then offered £30 refund and I could keep the dress, I'm now being offered £90 refund if I order and pay for another dress for £30!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ”
