What horrible customer service. They claim to accept returns on non-customized dresses, but they keep a large percentage and make it extremely difficult to return with no label or instructions provided. The dress was not the material promised and not what the picture looked like. I tried for weeks for return it and the most I received was $40 back for a $100 cheap dress that I’m now stuck with. Will never buy from them again.

With customer service, we have emailed back and forth 18 times now, and they are still being difficult about returning the dress even though they delivered it late and they want to only give me 70% of the money back for the dress, not reimburse me for the express shipping, and want me to pay $30 to ship it back to them.
