Just an end user looking for some simple software. Tried numerous times to purchase but their system kept freezing up, oddly just after I put in my credit card number. Makes me wonder if their whole purpose is just to scam people out of their credit card. I'll move on to another site to do my purchases.

Here is how the unit arrived: Dead Battery: The power was completely drained out and it wouldn't even turn on until I let it charge for a while. Used & Dirty: The tablet looked used. It literally had sauce dried onto it. Absolutely nasty. Failed Diagnostics: When I finally got it running and checked the built-in diagnostic test, the system indicated power and battery issues. This unit was clearly not taken care of. The tablet looks used, and it even had dried sauce on it. I contacted customer service, and the rep said she would "contact the merchant partner." This company clearly has a massive quality control issue, and know the stalling has already begun.

Here are just SOME of the problems I had: - I was trying to buy iMazing, it gave 3 options (for 2 devices, or 3 or 5), and the 2 and 3 won't click - they never sent the code through email for 15% off, but they did get my email for spamming - they never sent the discount code for 20% off for giving my phone number - when I search for Imazing on your site, NOTHING shows up in search results. - when I looed for a button to put the software in my cart, THERE WAS NO BUTTON. AWFUL SITE.

I ordered 2 pieces of software from Stacksocial. I discovered that they would be incompatible with my computer. I had not opened the software or tried to download them. Stacksocial customer service said that I did. They eventually refunded one of the two after a complaint. I was not refunded the second one.

Bought a “valid” software key from SocialStack. The key didn’t work. Tried to activate the software and found out it’s outdated and not even supported anymore. Reached out and got hit with the classic “not our responsibility” speech. Seriously? If you can’t guarantee the product works, don’t sell it. It’s that simple. I’m posting this so someone else doesn’t throw money away like I did. Do your research before dealing with them.

I bought iProVPN three years subscription but I was unable to install the app on my MacBook because It required the MacOS 12 and later, iProVPN support team told me to request refund from the StackSocial. StackSocial told me that they can not refund as the coupon thing had been redeemed. Therefore I lost the money. Not only that, next morning I found out that there was another transaction without my knowledge and authorisation. There was no record of that transaction on the StacksSocial website. I tried to unsubscribe and delete the account but there is no option available. I tried to remove my bank card details but no option available. In the end I had to email them to remove my account and block my bank card through my bank.

I miscalculated by not performing adequate research prior to utilizing their service. I should have examined the company more closely. Reviews would have warned me about their scam. I was fortunate that Chelsy Desmarais 54 AT (G) mail .COM responded to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted swiftly to address the problem. I received my refund last week thanks to their help. This quick reimbursement was a tremendous relief, showcasing that it is dedicated to its customers.
