I had a problem with an order and it was taken care of quickly. I appreciate the prompt service that I receive from the company. Thank you for good customer service, which is hard to find from other companies.

I had a problem with a software product (should have read the computer requirements first) and it wasn't compatible with my iMac. I requested a refund and there was in issue at to whether Mashable or the software developer was the one responsible for the refund. Though it took several emails to resolve the issue, Mashable's customer service dep't was instrumental in assuring that I received it. Gratitude for their invaluable cooperation & understanding.

You are thieves and liars and i don't deal with either. You had your chance to fix the problem and just blew me off. Well you got one star and if there was a 0 stars up there, that's what I'd pick for your company. going to take me awhile to even consider coming back.

StackSocial, thru their product VpnUnlimited provided me the most stellar service I have ever received from a tech company. I asked so many questions from how to redeem my purchase thru another company to actual technical things I didn’t understand. The responses were so quick and so thorough. Never felt talked down to. Simply superb company.

I got everything as promised for the small consideration I had given i.e. $45.00 compared to the price of all of the eleven courses in return... No one can beat that. I just saved over US$2,000.00 without a doubt. I would recommend that you buy the course before the time limit expires... Invest in your education and you will reap the rewards later.

I did NOT have a great experience. My order was shipped to the wrong address and when you got it back you opted to refund my money as opposed to sending my order to the correct address. For obvious reasons, I would not recommend this company.

The customer service a slow a little but they solved all my problem. The deals are the best compared to all other deal websites and the prices are also acceptable. I wish they provide a refund policy for the non working products like VPNs.

Veronica was my customer services representative and she was prompt and clear in her messaging. She explained well and I was very pleased with the quality of her service. Overall I've been using the mashable store for about a year now and I'm pleasantly surprised about the quality and ease of purchasing. I would definitely recommend them.

They have a great daily deals. They are suppring the cutomers to the end and they keep tracking. It there is any issues about you have purchase, they will refund your money back in no time. This is how the cutomer service should be.
