I ordered a few items and had to return one. At first it seemed the sale was final, and I took off a star because that caveat is not real obvious, even though I realize it is my responsibility. However the customer service rep was very helpful and very responsive! A refund was processed completely to my satisfaction. Most important to me was the rapid response and follow-up, friendly communications. Very helpful.

The products I purchased are much more beautiful than I expected because the price was incredible! The support team was very responsive and my order came quickly.

I emailed New York Post Store to let them know that I purchased 2 sets of sheets but only wanted one. They immediately responded alerting me that they would take the sheet set that I didn’t want off my order and they would issue a refund. Couldn’t ask for anything better than that.

StackSocial may have decent deals, but they are not upfront about all sales being final. I was unable to cancel my order for a refund several days before it even shipped.

I had double purchase a product mistakenly, and StackSocial quickly responded with a store credit with unlimited time which works fine for because I buy from them every once in a while.

Almost immediately after purchasing this product I regretted it and Asked repeatedly for a refund Which all my requests have gone ignored. I would not recommend this product to anybody as there are plenty of reputable sites out there offering the same service.

I had buyers remorse Quickly in immediately with this product and happened virtually ignored when attempting to get a refund I would understand their policy if I made use of it but I have not so much as Uploaded a byte. I don't want this product and a vast repeatedly for a refund and have been ignored I would not recommend this product to anybody Is there a plenty of companies out there that stand behind their product

My experience to date with StackSocial has been seamless. They provide a good service, bringing together Sellers and Service Providers and Potential Customers. If unsatisfied or suspicious, contact them! I daresay they shall respond to you as they have done to me. Hopefully as expeditiously so too!!

Horrible service. They don’t deliver what’s advertised on their site. A complete waste of time. I purchased an item on sale to only to be notified weeks later that they couldn’t deliver. Pointless.

My Tap item appeared lost in transit. I emailed StackSocial via the web on the weekend. They responded immediately to my huge surprise. In a couple of days another item was delivered and they kept me updated all the time. Thank you so much! You’d promised to send another one and you did it. It works well so far. Thanks again!

Never thought my item would take so long. I still don't have it. Therefore, I'm not very enthusiastic with the service. I will not be ordering anything else once I receive my order.

The class content is useful and the topics are appealing, but it took weeks after my purchase to actually be able to access my class. I was starting to think I had been scammed. The support agents did eventually respond and were very nice, but did not seem to be able to address the issue in any sort of timely manner. A few days after I sent a message saying I was planning to dispute the charge with my credit card since I did not receive what I paid for, the classes were finally able to be accessed. In the past I have had no problem, so it could be an issue with staffing during the pandemic and I would give them a bit of leeway for that. However, at this point I would still hesitate to make another purchase personally, which is a bummer because I always enjoyed their class offerings in the past. So overall it was a highly stressful experience, but in the end now that I have the classes it was probably a good value for the money, just not a good enough value if you add in all my time sorting it out with them.
