“Product is very good quality. HOWEVER, getting it requires that you work with their customer service person... and the communication is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE about everything, including their backwards process and and followup status. They rely mostly on a crappy online ordering system that looks to be from about 1997
Stadri are just brokers for a China-based embroidery house, so you can also forget about doing anything quickly. Figure about a month at the ABSOLUTE BEST.
Weeks go by without followup... even when a customer might have accidentally missed one of their (terrible) system generated emails. I've suffered through two orders trying to give them a second chance, but it's just too painful. I do not recommend these guys.”
