“great induction but poor and slow communication afterwards. Also had a shift that started late and was very unorganised on the management at (Intercontinental at the O2) and when I rang Staff Heroes they told me to get to work in a rude and stressed out tone. I explained to them that no management was approaching us and the young man kept telling me it doesn't matter find someone and get to work. Someone at Staff Heroes also called me at the start time to ask me where I was... followed by a text message an hour into my shift asking if I am there or not and to confirm if I attended... like I can answer when I'm working?!”
