“Too early to rank 5 stars, but all in all quite good. They have a large span of companies that you'd definitely want to get your foot in. In one month i managed to work for Renaissance, four seasons, marriott hotel and many more. I must say the clients sometimes can be a pain, so be smart, vigilant and stand your ground. You want earn money and experience, but this does not mean you have to be stupid. All in all though not bad”

“The concept is good but the app doesn't work and nor the system, is essentially useless when looking for work. Also I don't understand why on the first offer rates are between £11 and £18 depending on skills and position but most of the jobs that I've received are between £9.12 and £10.30 as maximum! Additionally receiving offers for 3 hours work paid at c.£9p/h when travel entails long distances and a high travel cost makes no sense.”

Hi Amadeo, thank you for your feedback. Could you let us know specifically what doesn't work at support@staffheroes.com as we haven't had any other reported issues? The rate depends on your level of experience in your profile and your work history. Your profile will also be more attractive to employers and you will be shortlisted more frequently if you have as full a work history as possible with at least two references, and a good employer rating. The purpose of our system is that you have full control over the hours and where you work, whether you want to work 3 hour shifts or 12 hours. For example 3 hour shifts are very popular with students based in central London which they can fit around their schedule. There is no penalty for declining shifts, you may also want to adjust the distance you are prepared to travel in your profile. Team Staff Heroes

“I very much like the idea of getting work this way. No need to call the agencies or employers. You get the message with available shift, if it suits you can accept, if not no one will create problems. Access to jobs is equal and rules are very fair. Haven't got any issues with getting paid etc. Good for extra income.”

To register your friends would need to download the App and create an account, you cannot create an account an account on their behalf as this breaches our terms. “I have been under the management of 'Staff Heroes' for just over 3mnths, & in this time I have found them to be very good at providing a service that suits my needs, they are always fresh when it comes to locating new jobs in the hospitality sector. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an exiting career in catering. Their website as your own profile page are very user friendly, & jobs come in thick & fast for the client to choose from. I give them a 5 star rating.”

“Got fired for the most stupid reason ever. Everything's good and easy to start with they'll be nice then all of a sudden your fired no proper explanation took me 3 week to even find out and that's because my portal was deactivated no one was trying to even inform me !.”

Hello, Your email looks unverified so I'm assuming this is a fake review. However if it's not then we do take a strict stance when our terms and conditions are breached and this is why your account would have been deactivated.
