I have booked up 2 tickets to see Steve Gibbons band on the 22nd July 2023 and it was cancelled.
We payed £25.92 for the 2 tickets including a booking fee for each ticket.
When will it be refunded, please?

As Stage Stubs is the ticketing platform that event organisers use to promote and sell their tickets, Stage Stubs does not control refunds. So your query may be best aimed at the event organisers directly!
You can also request a refund from your account which will send a message to the seller of your request. You can do this by going to My Tickets > View > Request Refund.
