This company is going downhill they are to be polite untrustworthy and dont like any crafter shopping or using any other companies products so that is a tad discriminating crafting is for all as a demo they are only interested in the big demos not the hobbyist which i have been 4 times .the prices have shot up year by year where cardstock once was brilliant its now expensive and cut out basic neutrals like very vanilla heavy weight cardstock .now i it is not worth buying there coloured dyed cardstock quality is variable sometimes its grainy and not ultra smooth like it used to be regardless of it matching with colour coordination. too many expensive dies to cheap polymer stamp sets which are a joke on prices they have stopped red rubber which again to me is a cut back of financial costs to produce The company is showing cracks it shows with the constant cut back after cut back .hardly any choices now ,stupid online exclusives nothing really exclusive about them because their designs are just tweaked here and there . They have hardly any tools never relaease any even basic tools of their own ,constantly keep discontinuing decent stuff. The catalogues are a joke now thin paper flimsy and hardly and contents all in all this company is showing signs its struggling and i guess time will tell if around in 5 years time. If i could give 0 stars since the cut backs over past 6 years i would give 0 stars once a good company sadly going downhill.

I have purchased from Stampin' Up for about 15 years. I now have two debilitating chronic conditions that have kept me from making many cards. There is a special this month to become a demonstrator - $125 of product for $35. I have been determined to make cards, so I joined, but only as a hobbyist. Placed my order and Got an email from SU on joining. The link wouldn't work. My current demonstrator sent a link.to join her FB group. Didn't work either. After many emails with.her, she told me it wouldn't work on my phone, only my computer. I DO NOT have one and this was never mentioned. Too much stress from all the emails have worsened my health. I agree with other comments about the prices. And what really pisses me off is that when I order certain products, it isn't listed on them what colors they are. Such as a pack of 5 colors of cardstock I just got. If I don't use it right away, I don't remember. SU charges so much that you would think that they could provide that service. For other reasons, I am fed up with SU. The best thing about them is some of their gorgeous DSP. I like the 6x6 packs, but there are so many duplicates that I will never use them up.

Stampin' Up products get more expensive, while offering less to the customer. The design choices for stamps and dies are getting redundant or less exciting. They are getting rid of Sale-A-Bration, which is a sale that I look forward to each year. They offered incentives. Stampin' Up was making it harder to get the incentives by increasing minimum order amounts, prior to discontinuing the sale. They are now changing their packaging and trying to sell it as a being slimmer and move space saving. Is it? I don't think so. I like the cases. I would place the matching dies inside the case, so everything was together, and easily identified. However, the new packaging makes that impossible. It looks like the new packaging for stamps and dies equals the thickness of the old packaging (cases) when you put the new packaging of stamps and the new packaging of dies together. Stampin' Up is just trying to save money for them and not the customer. They also want the customer to spend money to repackage or reorganize the products that they already have. Stampin' Up is expensive and I think they've outpriced themselves now!

Still waiting on my order. I only bought one item, which is way overpriced only to find out a few days later the price was lowered by 30 percent. It’s taken 5 days to make it to UPS and looks like several more days before I receive it. This will be my last order from this company! So aggravating!

Prices and shipping are getting too expensive. The Blending markers do not last. I have some that were hardly used and the tips are now mushy. Pushing too many new products and retiring others that haven't been out for long is ridiculous. The company seems to be using gimmicks to get you to make more purchases. The free shipping that they have periodically is a joke. You have to spend $75 to qualify. And now the new rewards program is also a joke. If you use your rewards towards your purchase and go below the minimum purchase you don't qualify for rewards. It's one gimmick after another. I will be buying my crafting supplies elsewhere. I have been a customer for many years but the prices are prohibitive for me now. I suspect Stampin Up will price themselves out of business.

Stampin Up used to be my favorite company, but the last two annual catalogs/idea books have been awful. Lots of wasted space, disorganzed and hardly any products. I hate the on line excusives, if its not in the catalog I'll just go somewhere else.

Just received my 2025-2026 catalog, it is the worst catalog I have seen yet. The layer out was confusing, disorganized. Go back to the catalog I loved 10 years ago. Had to search just to find the stamp sets. Looks like it is set up for scrapbooking and beginners. Will not be ordering anything this year.

I am not impressed with the heirloom embossing folder and dies. Worst buy I ever made. I've watched all kinds of videos to do these properly. Even the lady said the oval die cut didn't match embossing folder.

I've been a demonstrator for 20 years plus and have had fun doing it. Making friends and having fun along the way. However, these past couple of years have been challenging as products aren't always available. Now that doesn't affect the many friends I've made, but it does become discouraging when telling customers that what they want has and is not available. In retrospect, their customer service is wonderful to deal with. Very friendly and helpful with all things and at all times.

I am getting so tired of the online exclusives. I am not going to make a separate order for an online exclusive. I am also unlikely to order an online exclusive, because I am looking at my catalog when I am doing my ordering. The online exclusive thing is just making me upset, because I feel like it is just another gimmick to keep people spending $75 or more, just to get one stupid stamp/die set. Just put it in the catalog and let us order from the catalog. I am starting to do my shopping at Simon Says, Honey Bee Stamps, Lawn Fawn,Tim Holz, and Spellbinders.

I have used Stampin Up! products for years! I've always loved the products but feel like the quality has taken a huge hit. Paper is thinner, inks dry up and have to be replaced, not much creativity tools anymore, plastic like watercolor pencils that just won't put down any pigment. There are other companies out there that give a quality product for less money. Also, they churn out so much new product that the demonstrators can't keep up. It feels like a money grab to me. I don't like the direction the company is going. Being a direct marketing company is already a handicap for them. People just don't shop that way anymore.

Love these products and the demonstrators! Will continue to support the company based on that. But to me, it sure seems like this was set up to bash the Gardners. Get a support group!

If I could give Stampin Up zero stars I would. It is a terrible company with terrible policies and the customer service has disappeared in the last few years. Over priced for what you get. Save your money and get your craft supplies somewhere else!!!

I love Stampin’ Up! Products for my crafting fun. Their stamps are top of the line! The images stamp so clear. Their dies and punches are wonderful accessories. Their card stock is top of the line, bar none, and is available in over 40 colors. I like their ink and color products too! And I love their friendly demonstrators and staff members!!
