“I asked for the signature to be 4cm x 1cm ( my excisting old stamp) It came 3cm x 1cm. So not the size requested. It looks ok and fits in the 'box' I have to stamp. Might have been a technical reason for smaller signature but it would have been nice to be asked if OK.”

“Great service and turnaround from enquiry to delivery. I used live chat, telephone and email communication during the process. The embosser is a solid, sturdy desk model that I use to add my seal to official paperwork. I would have liked more detail and a higher definition in the finished seal, though I understand I need to supply better artwork to achieve this which I will do going forward as I'm informed the die can be easily replaced at a later date.”
