Dear Loris, Thank you for your review. As advised by the Royal Mail overseas post was suspended over the Christmas and New Year. Your parcel was despatched on 4th January and received by Poste Italiane a few days later. The latest tracking information states "The shipment is being processed at the International Exchange Center" Please contact myself directly if your parcel doesn't arrive soon. “Great service and quality. The stamp is exactly as I picture and is perfect. Feels and looks great! Very fast delivery too, my only issue would be that I was offered a free gift with the order and it never arrived. Otherwise, really good company!”

“Ordered before 11am and received the proof at 12.10. Replied 12 minutes later to say it was fine but didn’t find out until the next day (after asking) that it had not been sent the same day. I’m sure it will be on their small print somewhere. Don’t waste your money on next day delivery unless you are happy to risk no proof. Once received the stamp was fine but nothing I could not have bought elsewhere.”
