“Paid extra for speeding delivery and still haven’t received the stamps, waited all day and have cctv to prove it had an email saying I was not at home, disgraceful delivery company would definitely not use you service again and wouldn’t recommend to any other customer”

Hi Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry the experience with DHL has been disappointing. When the order was placed, standard First Class was requested (this is free). Due to the weight of the order, we upgraded (free) to DHL. Having reviewed the tracking information I can see they claim to have attempted delivery on the 26th and then successfully delivered on 29th. I apologise for the misleading information supplied by DHL and I hope you would reconsider ordering from us in the future. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

Dear Jack Thank you for your review. Your order was despatched on 22nd November via First Class (as requested). Royal Mail are currently stating that First Class items can take up to 8 days. “I have dealt with Stamps Direct several times over the years, usually by visiting the shop in Lincoln and I have always been delighted with what they do and the service they provide. This is the first time I have ordered on line, and I am just as delighted as I have been in the past. The product and delivery was excellent -- ordered Sunday evening; email confirmation Monday morning; delivered by Royal Mail Tuesday morning. It doesn't get quicker than that.”
