“I chose the wrong stamp in my initial order. Stamps Direct were quick to let me know, refund the payment and I reordered an appropriate stamp which was delivered the next day. Can't fault them at all.”

“I ordered an embossing stamp. I initially had an issue with the consistency of the emboss. A quick online chat and Stamps Direct were both hugely helpful and very kindly made a tweak to my design layout and with no quibble sent out a replacement insert. I wish all companies were like this. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am so happy with my press. Thanks guys”

“Not any good for purpose I bought it for - wanted to stamp as a seal logo effect on b&b bathroom toilet papers Only partial logo appeared and 8/10 times no print appeared waste of money.”
