“I am afraid that - unlike the previous sealing wax which I used - your sealing wax was: like hard chewing gum. It stuck to my stamp and almost wrecked it.”

Dear Emma Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear the wax didn't perform how you required. This is most unusual as we only supply original Waterstons Scottish Wax. “had a problem (Due to me) ordering online, but "stampsdirect" contacted me via e-mail and I was able to put my order through over the phone. Really helpful and friendly chap and the order arrived a couple of days later. great shopping experience”
