“Custom order, extremely fast turn around & very happy with final result. I would suggest website has a preview facility for custom orders if possible as I wasn't sure we'd get what we needed until it arrived but as said before, very happy with what we got anyway but just a suggestion for a future improvement.”

“I found the ordering very difficult on line. Not able to send the image onto the web site from my iPad. But your very helpful staff solved the problem. Thanks to them I got what I wanted in the end. A great help. I did receive a rather odd follow up e.mail stating that my account still had an outstanding order, but the staff sorted that out too. So lucky to have real people working not just machines! Long may that last!”
