“Good quality stamp, speedy delivery. My mistake but I was under the impression there would be a catch on the non extendable stamps to attach it to something. Now I have a stamp that is almost useless because I can’t carry it with me.”

Hi Thank you for your review. The stamp does have the option of being fitted with a retractable cord. This is normally £1.97. “Absolutely faultless! Ordered 6 stamps at 2.50pm Friday with next day service. I fully expected them to come Monday or more likely Tuesday, however they turned up the next morning… (Saturday!) Excellent quality, really fair pricing. Cannot fault in any area! If I’m being really picky, the website feels a little dated, but if this means they can provide the service I received then it’s worth the compromise @BEARBEANS_ 🐻”

Hi, Thank you for your review, though I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. I can see this order one from March 2021 for the same stamp. The stamps have a red locking button on the side to aid ink pad changing. I wonder if this has been accidentally activated? Could you please try pushing the stamp down or releasing the locking button? If that doesn't work, could you please email me a photo/video? “I ordered a small stamp with my company name, fabric ink and a pad because I could no longer find anyone who made 3mm personalised ribbon to use as sew in labels on my miniature bears. After a few attempts I think this is going to be perfect for my needs”
