“I received the wrong colour stamp. Not as per the proof received. I had to specifically request the correct stamp be sent rather than be offered it. '' mistakes happen'' is not a professional response to an error.”

Dear Gavin Thank you for your review and apologies for sending the incorrect ink pad colour in your stamp due to a processing error our end. We dispatched a complete replacement stamp with the correctly coloured ink pad which I can see arrived with you the day after your call. I hope we can be of service in the future.
