“Paid for next day pre 12 delivery via DHL and arrived 2 days later in the afternoon. No communication to say it has been delayed and couldn’t get hold of anyone for an ETA.”

Dear Lee, Thank you for your review and order. As your order was placed in the evening of the 29th we produced and despatched your order on the 30th. We despatched using DHL 12 noon, however I can see they didn't deliver until 3.23pm. We will contact DHL for a refund and issue a refund to you for the carriage. “Not happy at all..I was sent wrong size item & plain font when I uploaded my signature to get it right for me..There was no explanation at all..to me it was very unprofessional. I will be returning the item for full refund & going elsewhere!”

Hi Patricia Thank you for your email. I'm really sorry the stamp wasn't how you expected it. I think the instructions must have been lost in transit. The order only states your name as the text with no mention of a signature or regard to size. Would you please kindly email me to advise what size stamp you'd like to order and attach your signature? This can result in goods arriving after the invitation is received, this is especially true following a bank holiday weekend.
