Did not follow instructions on what is specified by customer. If customer wants that to be written in line 1, that word or text should be available in line 1 on stamp, not some of it found in line 2. It looks awkward.

Dear Karen Sorry for the edit; the designer moved RN to a separate line to maximise the font size. I appreciate that this isn't how you intended the text to appear, therefore I have arranged for a replacement stamp to be despatched to you. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. items ordered with delivery stated for weekdays, and message from RM they would deliver on Sat! I then asked for the delivery on Mon, now they say address inaccessible they only have to ring a bell for the gates to be opened. The stamps still have not been deliver.

Dear Frances Thank you for your email; I'm really sorry that the Royal Mail haven't been delivered as yet. I can see from the tracking that they retained the parcel on Saturday, with an attempt to deliver today (17th). They are currently due to attempt delivery on Wednesday. Regards Colin Cousins Manager

I received the wrong colour stamp. Not as per the proof received. I had to specifically request the correct stamp be sent rather than be offered it. '' mistakes happen'' is not a professional response to an error.

Dear Gavin Thank you for your review and apologies for sending the incorrect ink pad colour in your stamp due to a processing error our end. We dispatched a complete replacement stamp with the correctly coloured ink pad which I can see arrived with you the day after your call. I hope we can be of service in the future.

Bought this for stamping dates on fish box labels. The UV doesn't dry the ink on the labels as shown on the you tube videos

Not any good for purpose I bought it for - wanted to stamp as a seal logo effect on b&b bathroom toilet papers Only partial logo appeared and 8/10 times no print appeared waste of money.

I am pretty disappointed by the stamps I received. I did a proper logo by a graphic designer and the final result is not what I was expecting. Some drawlines are not on the stamps or are totally blurred. I wish I could have a preview and talk with someone before to order them.

Really disappointed with the final product. When I submitted the design I made sure to choose a clear and simple picture in which you can see all the details for the logo. At no point there was a message or a notice from Stamps Direct saying that the image or the logo wouldn't be clear. When the stamp arrived I checked and everything was fine and the bottom text is almost unreadable. Very underwhelming how everything came out.

Ok for bog standard stamps but to add simple design features or logos etc was hard work and I was quickly disappointed especially when considering these guys probably have access to Adobe or computer software.

I understand as you couldn't provide authorisation for the use of the VW, Porsche and Ford logos you accepted the stamps to be produced without them, for which you received proofs and later paid and collected from our shop. Followed Google link for self inking stamp at £8.99 but it turned out to be more and the "rubber" strip that contains the details for printing was out of alignment - so the The stamper has to be off-set to provide a true horizontal imprint.

Fine. But I absolutely did not agree to being sent spam email asking me to write reviews. Will not use again. This seems to have become an acceptable, but dishonest practice. Agreeing to emails about the order, is not an agreement to emails about posting reviews and feedback. The former is essenetial for the transaction, the latter is marketing.

Thanks for inviting me to submit a review. My stamp hasn't arrived yet even though I paid for Royal Mail 24 four days ago. Perhaps you might want to defer asking reviews until the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered. I've marked this to indicate that the delivery was not on time, but there hasn't been any commitment from you as to when I can expect to receive it and Royal Mail tracking only shows a message to say that tracking will be updated when it's been delivered. Tomorrow maybe?

Dear David Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear the Royal Mail haven't delivered your order yet. The recent strikes have impacted heavily on collections and deliveries. The Royal Mail states items can be claimed as lost after 10 working days. We feel this is too long and are happy to resend after five working days. With the strike days taken into account, five working days after the 28th November is 7th December (https://www.stampsdirect.co.uk/royalmail/) If your order hasn't arrived by then, don't hesitate to contact us.
