“I love cooking in it but everything stuck to the bottom of the inner pot, which is why I purchased a replacement. I hope I have better luck with the new one! By the way, my last name is Jopp not Hopp.”

“Very overpriced. I returned the product never opened the box I called customer service and I was quoted a refund of $147.07and the only refund I received was for$129.98. What happened to the $17.99 that I upgraded. I want my 17.99 I will never do business with this company.”

“Buyers Beware!!! What didn’t go wrong, from the second I called the company to order the pressure cooker when I had to wait over 30 minutes to speak with a salesman who was literally yawning and literally sounded like he would rather be doing anything else in the world than talk to me in that moment. To the fact that I was told that I would receive my order within the week when in all reality they were sold out and which I was never told, wait time was 3 weeks. To calling customer service which is the least helpful customer service I have ever dealt with any company ever, everyone is rude and not capable of help in any situation I asked why I was never told my order was out of stock and why I would’ve been told it will be here with in the week and no one had a answer. This whole situation sounds scammish to me!!!! Buyer Beware!”

“Customer service representative was very poor I was calling to advise that the pressure valve was missing when I opened the box for first use . I was then asked how long I’d had the pressure cooker and I responded three months The customer service representative then blamed me for not having opened the box and immediately inventoried all components . Rather than solve the problem and offer to ship the part missing from the box ( a part you need to create pressure ),she kept interrogating me I then asked if the part could be expedited and she said absolutely not and that it would be 10 days before I’d even know when the order would ship let alone when it may be received . This person should be placed in charge of the customer dis- service and sales prevention department Product is great ... Company and customer service is atrocious I suggest you buy replacement parts from Amazon vs dealing with these bafoons”

“The website glitches while trying to process the order. I called and spoke with someone who said that if I did not receive a confirmation that it didn't go through. Then I got a charge on my credit card. It took 2 days to straighten everything out.”

“Don’t have it yet! Fed ex got label made on the 3rd and it’s still not in transit! Got my pressure cooker but not the free copper pan! Was not sent, showed on my invoice,but now my invoice is missing with your phone number! I just got it set up and will try it out to see if it works today!”

“The website did not work for purchasing the product do I had to call in. The customer service rep. Louann, had all the time in the world to talk about herself but when it came time to review my order she literally rambled off my order, which i did not fully hear...i thought she said two...i only ordered ONE 10qt. Then she said my order # and said thank you bye and hung up. If these calls are recorded i would recommend pulling my call. This was the most unprofessional person...she didn't hive me a total for my order and hung up on me as i was trying to ask for an order review. NOT HAPPY about this!!!! Then i called customer service to change the order, thry said the order already shipped yet i have a shipping report showing the order shipped the day after i called. So the second set could have not been shipped but now i have to refuse the second order...very inconvenient for me.”

“cooked like it said it would UNTIL IT HAD STEEM COMMING OUT OF THE LID HANDLE .........I CALLED YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND TRHEY SENT ME THE WRONG PART YOUR PICTURE ON PAGE 7 SHOWS THAT THE PART HAS THREADS AND THE PART IHAVE THAT I PAID FOR HAS NO THREADS OR PLASTIC WASHER ....VERY POOR SERVICE”
