“My cooker died. I was told I could send my cooker back to Tristar (it cost me $23 to ship it) and for $24.99 they would send me a brand new updated cooker. That was a month ago. I still have no cooker. I went online to check the order status and it shows the item is "out of stock" - expect a delay of two-three weeks.”

“I don't think a float valve was ever on my pressure cooker when I purchased it. I called before to see why it took so long to cook things as I had previously owned another brand and it cooked much better. I don't think I should of had to pay for a missing part. I haven't received the part or told if it was shipped yet”

“I have only just received it today...1/10/2018.....the cookbook and canning books are not what I was expecting....they are more like pamphlets.....most recipes are not something I will be making, but 2 or 3 were something I may try......I would really prefer some practical daily use advice w/o having to join a group to watch on you tube what they are making in it.....so I'll see what happens in next 30 days, weather I return it, because the XL may be way too large for my needs.....we shall see”

“It wasn't purchased on website. I called in. Your salesman was very good explaining all the extras which upped my order to a bit more then I cared to spend .... Smooth talker 😃 but very knowledgeable. Kudos to him, give him a raise. I will review further once it arrives.”

“This is Robert. I have not as yet received my 10 quart PPC XL. I know I will love it when I get my hands on it. What I can tell you is that Eric does a fantastic job of relating to the public along with the young lady, a very believable presentation. This of course is because his name is on the product and he knows that this product is exceptional. Eric is a great salesman and comes across as very excited about the products when he does his demos. Looking forward to using the PPC, XL. Robert”

“Had to repeat my information several times to the lady taking my order. The email came today saying my order has been shipped, but my address is still wrong. Who knows if I will ever get my $299 order!!! I called and the man who answered said he has corrected my address now, but he does not know if FED EX will know the correct address or not. This whole experience makes me think I have been scammed for over $299.”

“Our pressure release valve stopped working on one of pressure cooker XLs. My husband had placed an order previously to replace it and we were sent the float valves instead. I looked up in the manual to determine exactly what the pressure release valve was called. When I contacted a PPCXL customer servive representative, the float valve was what was offered to order. I explained that is the float valve, the valve I'm looking for is the pressure/release valve which is on the outside of the lid. I explained that the valve being offered is on the inside. Once I said that, we had a winner - I ordered three. Thank you for having customer representatives that listen.”
