I was able to get my replacement part (silicon washer and pin). I initially spoke with someone right away and could hardly understand the women on the phone. She asked for my model number and told me there were no replacement parts and then transfered me to someone else. After a 30ish minute wait for that next person I was able to speak with someone and was able to get the part for my pressure cooker THAT I LOVE! Thanks...just wish I didn't have to wait that 30 min?

The website made me order 3 times because it said that my order didn’t get through & I have to call the customer service because it made charges of $88.29 four times. I don’t like getting cheated & robbed by a company

I haven’t received my cooker as yet. I felt pressure from the salesperson to but more. I wanted just the buy one get one half price. I hate that I let her pressure me into $435. I will send everything back but the two pots. She was too pushy which I hated. Hope the cooker is all u say it is because I did not enjoy the sales rep.

The product itself I don't have a problem with.It is a very good product. For no more than the cooker cost they're well worth it.The only problem I had was I went to order a rubber grommet that I lost when washing it.The website said it was two day shipping. When I paid for it My confirmation email said it was seven day shipping.

Not really happy with the lady that I talked too. She seemed to be in a hurry and when I said thank you she just hung the phone up.

Well, we have yet to receive our 10 quart, so I can't say how it performs, but our 8 quart, which we've had for a couple of years, is awesome. The problem may be in ordering. I went to web site of Power Pressure Cooker XL (I'll simply call it PPC from here on out) so that I could order a 10 quart, plus an 8 quart and I was all the way through the ordering process when I got a "Nothing in cart" response. I thought that the $286.00 order (importance of the price to come) was vanquished, so I called the PPC customer service line in order to verify that my 10 quart/8 quart order didn't go through. According to the agent, the order didn't go through; also, due to the fact that I hadn't received a confirmation email about the 10 qt/8qt order, I ordered two 10 qts........The next day, I saw two $286.00 orders pending (the first order had gone through) which put my checking account in overdraft status and I contacted PPC, via chat line, in order to cancel the 10 qt/8qt order. I was in the process of doing so when the connection was lost, thus ending my chat. I called PPC to verify that the 10qt/8qt order was cancelled and the phone rep. verified that this order had been cancelled. Two days later, I happened to visit the web site of my banking institution and saw that neither order for $286.00 was pending and I presumed that the chat rep. had cancelled both orders. On January 2nd, I called my banking institution to inquire about the pending charges that were no longer pending and my the banking rep. said that it looked like PPC had cancelled both orders. I should have called PPC, but I took my banking rep's assessment at face value and let go of the issue. At this point, the $286.00 order X 2 had been credited back to my checking account. I then cast off any further involvement with PPC and ordered a 10qt from Amazon. The next day I was balancing the funds in my checking account and lo and behold, one charge for $286.00 was back and again, my checking account was in the minus. For this reason, combined with the fact that I had ordered a 10 qt from Amazon prompted me to try to cancel one of the orders. I called the order hotline and was referred to customer service. I called customer service and received the option to only leave a message. I tried the chat line and was left unanswered for approximately 10 minutes. I tried the chat line again and got a rep and after we established my order number, I was told that the order was being sent out and that we could no longer cancel the order, which was for two 10qts. If you can wade through the process of ordering a PPC, you'll love it that you ordered one. All I can say is good luck with the process. Brian

I used the 800 number to make my order. I had several questions I wanted answered first. I would rate it 7 out of 10. Just to many add ons. Prices not to bad, just kept adding up. Some of these should have been standard items included in the price (lids, tools, cookbook...). Hard to rate - haven’t used it yet...
