“this is Charlie wife. I am the one that uses the cooker, He just eats the food. LOL. It is the best thing I have ever bought. It saves me so much time and actually I have given away so many other small appliances. my grille my George foreman, my crock pot. my electric fryer. steamer and a few others that cluttered my cabinets. Thanks so much Power pressure cooker has really change my life. I love to cook always have, This just makes it easier and more fun for me. I try to see just what all I can do with it, so far I haven't found anything I want to cook that I can't do with my PP cooker.”

“Very disappointed that PPCXL does not carry the canning rack for 6 qt cooker any longer. Know for a fact it was available 6 months ago. Was unable to order do to difficulty with PPCXL website. Tried ordering but website said to try later. Tried several weeks to order but was unable. Now per PPCXL website one must call customer service to order parts. Customer service very unfriendly.”

“Shorter preparation times for many dishes. I'd have awarded 5 stars, but the non-stick coating on the inner pot didn't hold up well to repeated use and there's now an accumulation that I'm going to use a wire bit on my drill to remove when the replacement arrives.”

“I made chili in it but had problems getting the meat to cook properly and then couldn't figure out how to do 40 mins on it. It said 15 and then it wanted the lid to be on. Is the lid suppose to be on when cooking meat or vegetables? Couldn't find in the book how to do 40 mins. LeeStrang1@q.com”

“I am still learning. My only problems have been with the grocery coupons. I have only used a very few of them. However, I cannot find the site to continue using the remainder of my $100.00 worth of grocery coupons. Can you please help me?”
