“After 50 years my old gas jets had burned out. The Starfire gas jets look so much better. They were easy to install and give off a prodigious flame. My only concern is that the packaging shows and states that the flame orifice pattern is supposed to be staggered. My jets are all in line.”

“Would give excellent, but disappointed with delivery outcome. The delivery was fast and delivery driver was excellent. We were then left with a huge crate to open and figure out how to dispose of. It’s sitting in our garage! Why wouldn’t you open this for the customer and reuse or recycle them?? The representative who placed our order was also excellent, she found the product for us and followed up to place the purchase.”

“There were scratches and rust all over the product, plus the build instructions were terrible. For something so flamable and dangerous, it should be really thorough and with more detaill. Over all not to too happy especially because the price was really expensive. You would think they would provide better care for a product at this price.”

“I try to buy all my fireplace parts for the units I build for customers from your company as you have always taken good care of my needs. I recently tried to purchase a propane gas line system from you but you were out of stock and the lady I spoke to said she did not know when she could supply one. I went on to Amazon and had what I needed two days later. I just do not understand why the experts cannot get one. I will still order what I need from you but I was a little unhappy. Regards”
