“The customer service is the best. Each representative I spoke with was patient, pleasant, and helpful. I never felt rushed even though I had many questions. The online video showing how to install an H burner was excellent. The whole process was easy and the order arrived very promptly. I love my new fireplace!”

“I had some questions about the construction of your fire rings and found plenty of info on the site, but with a few unanswered questions I decided to call. The employee I spoke with was very knowledgable and helpful. They also went through a lot of trouble to check the stock on some fire stones I was interested in. The fire ring I ordered arrived and it's a heavy, quality piece. I'm excited to use it.”

“Was very impressed with the customer service. I only ordered a small amount and I was called to make sure I knew how small the amount would be. I am only trying out a new crafting method so I didn’t want to make too big of an investment. It was nice to know that they were looking out for me.”
