“Took a little while to get through but it was worth it. Mitchel was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Placed order on Friday. Shipped on Monday. Tracking says it will be here tomorrow (Thursday).”

“Over 3 weeks since I ordered and I still don’t have my fire pit. Starfire wrote me and asked me to update my review so I will, I still don’t have my fire pit and going on 4 weeks after being told it would ship within 3-5 days. I have left several messages with no call back.”

“When I found the website all info was great, I’ve never done this fireplace makeover, so I wanted all the knowledge I could get. When I called in I found Steven and he put on a clinic for me. Dang, I felt like I knew a lot more after my 2 calls with him. When I spoke to the contractor we spoke the same language and it was good for the meeting that I knew what Steven taught me! I will not buy from anyone else and I won’t shop anywhere else. This place and Steven are rockstars!”

“The customer service on Starfire Direct is amazing! I just got my order of fire glass and it is gorgeous! I’m a novice so I didn’t order enough fire glass but after we consult with our “handyman “ we will be ordering more plus maybe some other accessories to complete the look. There is a lot of great info on this website and their fire glass is top quality and so beautiful. AAAA+++ company for information and products.”
