“Received my ring delivered by Fed X. The ring was in the store full display box the stick down flap was open. The sales aspect of the full color packaging is greate for a floor display but not for shipping..”

“Our Fireglass & H Burner were delivered a day early! Great shipping speed! Following the instructions to the letter (and referring to the video once more), installation of our 18" Fireglass H Burner was a breeze. Used RectorSeal "T plus 2" Pipe Thread Sealant and a bottle of Oatey All Purpose Leak Detector in the process. No leaks. Ignited the burner and it was flawless! Now just need to put the FireGlass in place and enjoy our new Fireglass-enabled fireplace! Thank you, so much!”

“I often do not put stock in good reviews but I am going to write one because my experience was great. The selection was huge for fire pits. The information for the units was all there to help make a decision. The delivery was smooth and they kept me informed of where my purchase stood in the process.”

I'm sorry that you aren't happy with your purchase. It's common for customers to purchase a "weighted" measure of product, only to find themselves disappointed in what they received because they thought it would be more than what they got. But I can assure you we did in fact send you 20lbs of lava rock, which will only cover around 1-2 square feet. Most fire pits will hold anywhere from 50-200lbs of lava rock, depending on size. “I’m really disappointed that I haven’t received a callback from someone there regarding a custom fountain for the fire water bowl I purchased. As we discussed this is a very intricate fountain and it Hass to be done right. I need some kind of stand for the ball and something to hide the propane tank. I’m still Andrew said if you guys are willing to work with me to find someone that could make this for me. Warm regards Bob Markham”
