“Starfire over promised and under delivered for me. Was told my fire table would be delivered in 6 weeks. It's been two months now and just found I'll have to wait another month. The only way I found out was by calling them. I get it, it's covid and people are spending money on their house and things are getting delayed. I just wish they would have proactively communicated with me so I would not have expected to have it in time for Christmas. I had to initiate any communication and was told I'd have it by the original date.....which has come and gone. Hey Starfire....do what you say you are going to do. Anyone ordering a product, expect delays.”

“Startfire direct are fantastic. The fire bowl we ordered for our customers was finished being made before the original proposed date, plus it was actually delivered about 3 days prior to what I was expecting it. The delivery man called me and since there was no one at the property was happy to put it inside the garage for us to keep safe from the rain. The admin staff, Tricha who I did the order with was super helpful with information and recommendations based on what our customer was asking for. Fantastic service and will be using again for other pool and backyard builds & remodels.”

“Your shipping company damaged my fence. They did a thousand dollars in damage. Now I have to get quotes to have it fixed and send it to them. And my property is not secure.”

Corbet, I'm reaching out because of the review you left saying that the delivery company damaged your fence. I left a message for you earlier today too. As mentioned in my voicemail, the freight company that we contracted to deliver your fire pit was R&L Carriers. They are supposed to do a curbside delivery. From the Google street view of your address, it appears this may be a commercial location with gated yard? Did the freight carrier drive into your yard? Again, they are supposed to do a curbside delivery, so I'm just trying to understand what happened exactly. We're on your side, so feel free to send pictures or any communication you've had with R&L Carriers. It sounds like they are working with you on the claim, which is good. I'm also hoping your 1 star review is not an indication of the buying experience on our website, or the product itself. If the freight carrier is responsible and has acknowledged their error and committed to making it right, that's at least a silver lining. Again, looking forward to hearing back from you. If we don't hear back within 5 days, we'll assume this matter has been taken care of and we'll close our case. Kind regards, Starfire Direct

“Prior to reaching out to Starfire Direct, I did a lot of researching of other vendors & reading of reviews. Since Starfire was very favorable on my list, I called to place an order for Fire Pit Table. I dealt with a Steven Kinsey via phoncon. It was a pleasure to hear the voice of a very personable person with outstanding customer service who was very attentive to my questions. All other contact dealing with personnel were great. Customer service at Starfire Direct is A1+. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you all!”

“Love it! Was concerned that the gas line would be exposed and the gas plumber I called out to instal our fire pit said it could not be done. He was wrong, I called starfire and he was set straight. Its installed and looks amazing. We love it.”

“I ordered during the summer. Item came quick. Unfortunately, I my client put the box in their garage so I didn't know the item came. I ordered a second one, then tried to return it when it was discovered that we had two. I was denied since over 30 days but box was never opened”
