“We just put our new fire pit burner kit into our patio and so far it is amazing! Starfire had wonderful customer service, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on their products. They were able to explain it to me so I would understand exactly what we needed to purchase. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family!!”

“Sasha is AWESOME! She answered all my questions and a couple of things she needed to find out / research than call me back was done very quickly. She was very patient explaining things to me, very knowledgeable about your product line and she offered some suggestions where I could find the the Azul blue cube glass for my fire pit since Starfire did not have it in stock. I would love to have gotten a one size bigger fire pit, but it was not in my budget right now and plus I need to save some money for the fireplace I will be buying from you hopefully soon. Also thank you to the owner for allowing me to opt out of receiving the normal tan colored I believe cover that comes with it saving me a few more dollars so I could have a heavier duty black cover made. My delivery is scheduled for Monday Jan 13 and the person I spoke to about that was very helpful as well. If I win a small Lotto I will buy the matching stainless steel cover as well. Thank you, Michael.”

“I received my fire pit this week. Thanks for storing it for me while my house is completed. While we are not yet into the house it is now secure and the fire pit crate is safely stored until we are ready to install it.”

“I ordered the part on 12-23,it was not shipped until 1-2 if I knew that would be the case I would have ordered it elsewere and 8 bucks for shipping really?”

Mr. Foss, We can confirm that you did place your order on the evening of 12/23 and that your order was processed the next day on Christmas Eve. Your product takes 5-15 business days ship out from the manufacturer as indicated on the product page. Even with the holiday closures we were able to ship out the product on the 6th business day. We do have a flat rate shipping charge as you mentioned on orders under $99. On your order we did upgrade your shipment from FedEx Ground to FedEx 2nd Day for no additional charge to help reduce the total time to receive your product. We are sorry that we didn’t exceed your expectations this time but please keep us in mind the next time so we may give you the high level of service we attempt to give all of our customers. “I have not received my order yet and it has been over 2 weeks now. Further the tracking link and information does not work. and I don't know with what shipping company the order was shipped. So I can't use the tracking number... whether it was USPS, UPS, FedEX or who; I don't know. Becoming impatient!”

“The pieces weren’t all consistent in size. Most will have to be broken up more for my purposes. Just extra work, but I can use it. Probably won’t be ordering more unless I can’t find a better version.”

“They went above and beyond in solving firepit issues and found my original invoice as they designed and supplied all the materials. Owner is superb and giving of his advice and knowledge and actually save me tons of money for a part vs local installer who wanted to replace the entire firepit nat gas system. No need to check prices - the service and quality of dialog is worth more.”

“My order was processed and shipped in a short amount of time. I received multiple emails keeping me informed of the shipment status. Fire pit was well packed to avoid shipment damage and easy to unpack an assemble. I will happily recommend Starfire Direct to all my friends.”
