Great product! We received our ring in a very timely matter and couldn't be happier with it. We have had a firepit for many years. This was the 2nd time we needed to replace the ring. This was our first time ordering from Starfire and this is the best ring we have ever had. It distributes the fire better than our previous two!

I had a little mix up with the initial order but was reassured it would be corrected and it has. I was sent the correct logs and they are perfect! Communication with Starfire was immediate and professional. I have done business with Starfire in the past and will continue in the future. I was referred to Starfire Direct by a friend who recently completed a backyard gas fire pit project using Starfire Direct's products. My experience has been extremely good with easy online shopping and product shipping tracking. The instructional materials that came with the product were easy to understand and follow. I've also been impressed with their return process for products ordered that were not needed. I highly recommend Starfire Direct for your next gas fire project.

Customer service, responsiveness, and communication is the worst. Shipping notifications sent days before our order was actually delivered to the carrier. This resulted in us providing unrealistic dates to complete a project to our client. We sent a return request notice on March 18, and as of today (3/27) we have not received any response, other than the automated reply that they received our message and someone will be back to us within 48 hours. Disappointing. Will not order from them again.

My order has been delayed for five months. I finally received a phone call last week saying that the order had shipped. This week the order never arrived, so I went to a separate shipping website to try to track the order. The shipping website told me that my shipment had been canceled. yet I received no email or phone call. I now sit here today six months after ordering this with no communication or update from StarFire direct. As far as I can tell the company Has no actual internal operations. They outsource all of the orders to China for manufacturing and outsource all of the shipping to third-party shipping companies.
