“The glass fire shield was easy to put together, but I think there should be 2 people to do it so that it stays straight, and that is what we did. Now we can use our fire pit even when it is a little windy and not worry about getting burned.”

“The order I made for the Copper Canyon was to be originally shipped in 2-4 which ultimately took 12 weeks. At one point after several calls the status of the order was not even able to be communicated to me. When it finally arrived it was severely dented in multiple locations and was missing the protective cover that was supposed to accompany the order. Definitively not worth anywhere near the $6000 paid”

Hi Dennis, I just saw your review that said you haven't received anything from your order yet? To confirm, FedEx shows that the fire ring was delivered on 7/7/20, and we show that the fire glass is in transit to be delivered Thursday. The ring shipped shortly after you placed your order, but the fire glass was backordered. We finally received our inventory about a week ago and have been fulfilling back orders. That's why we had to ship it on 7/31. I hope this helps! Thanks!
