“My first experience was generally a positive one. The order was received on Apr. 29 in good order. The web description of the unit indicated that a lid was to be included and it wasn't. I phoned into customer service and it was explained that it was an advertising oversight which I accepted and went on to purchase the lazy susan alternative which I am awaiting to ship. In all, I am very pleased with the unit and the assembly was relatively easy. It looks great I'll recommend Starfire D. to anyone who is in the market for your product line.”

“I wanted black lava rock, 1" for my yard. Just to fill in spots. Price I didn't think was bad for a 50lb bag. I got the bag, put it in the backyard, and dumped it out. It's not 1" it's 2" plus I really should have ordered 1/2". I called customer service and was given no options how to resolve this issue. Thought I received the wrong bag. I was told to put this new rock underneath the old rock so it doesn't show. No can do. I'm not happy with this purchase and I won't be buying anything else from them or recommending them to anyone. Sorry to be the only down in the group.”

“OMG - I love the relationship I have developed with Steven at Starfire. He literally walked me through any issues I have had selecting my supplies or any questions regarding the installation of my fire pit. I was able to send pictures and ask questions right over the phone. The personal phone contact was amazing.Due to the COVID 19 shutdown in my area I’m just waiting for my contractor to use my starfire supplies and gorgeous new fireglass I received yesterday to build my fire pit. I would love to send pics when it’s fired up😊 Thanks Steven, DIane H”
