Tom, We apologize for the delay. You're absolutely right, we could've done a better job informing you of the delay. So sorry about that! The item you ordered is shipped directly from the manufacturer and we had no control over the delay. Regardless, we did reach out to them to find out a better internal process so we can avoid this from happening again to other customers. Again, please accept our apologies. “Product was recommended by a friend with whom I shared an evening's propane camp fire. I had been using pumice stones in my own fire-pit and was looking for a fresh new look. Had a slight issue when ordering but the Starfire Customer Service Department was exceptional quick in resolving a minor issue to my complete satisfaction. It has been far too long since I have seen such true Customer Service.”

“Great quality glass and the customer service there is amazing. They are on top of it from beginning to end and are fully professional and well spoken individuals. Thank you again for all your efforts and it paid off since my fire pit glass looks amazing. Also thank you for the tips on colors and selecting other options for Glass since those other options you gave me turned out great and better than expected.”
