its taking forever to get my product, I rec'd no tracking info, no updates and no offer of white glove service and or installation. It scares me the UPS freight will show up unannounced one day and expect me to take receipt of a 300# item that is crated.

Very good quality logs. Whiter than expected, but will presumably darken quickly Once used in our outdoor fire pit;)

Quick delivery and a beautiful product! We didn't buy quite enough because we weren't sure about the color. But the color is absolutely beautiful and we will be back to purchase the rest soon.

I’ve purchased several products online, I received the $2300 fire pit but the glass media is now expected to be 2 months later than the quoted lead-time. I asked if a different much cheaper media could be sent free of charge as a customer satisfaction, but it’s rejected. I will never purchase anything again from this company.

The guy on the phone was courteous and helpful, (thus, the only reason you got 2 stars...) your office is about 1hr 15 minutes from my town, so, why it takes 7 _10 day to ship let alone fill an order is way beyond my comprehension. A freaking burner kit? It took 3 days to get my fireplace screen from back east, (not Amazon) so you've no excuse for taking so long. Bad business.

I have had an excellent t experience with Starfire! I’ve made 3 purchases in the past month for our new back yard patio. All 3 orders went off without any issues. The process was easy with lots of accurate updates on the deliveries. The products arrived in great condition and are working great. Very pleased so far and will definitely recommend to friends!

The experience with Starfire Direct was amazing, up until the delivery time. I got an email from Starfire Direct that I need to inspect the contents of the package for damages, before I let the driver leave. However, when I actually told the driver the same, he was, let's just say very very confrontational. He told me that I need to sign immediately and let him go. He threatened me that if I don't sign right that moment, that he will take the package back. I don't understand why Starfire Direct would work with such companies like "R&L carriers" who don't respect their customers. Overall, unacceptable experience.

Starfire videos of the colors in their Reflective Fire Diamonds in EACH color, show how the diamonds look in a lit and unlit rectangular fire pit from different angles. I often find that photos are not representative because the hue can vary between photos, even for the exact same product, but a video gives a more accurate display of how the diamonds can look slightly darker or brighter. The videos were available in the eStore and also on YouTube. I don't know why more manufacturers don't do the same thing. Having the videos easily available probably makes for more satisfied customers and fewer surprises or complaints.

Starfire employees were very friendly. The fault game from the wind guard manufacture. Order took 13 days to fill when the website states 2-5 business days and shipment states 2-3 business days however in tracking the delivery it looks like it will be longer than that.

Received my delayed shipment today and the sample box case is broken. I went on chat to request a new case since content was fine. Thought that would save you money over a return. Sasha on chat was awful. Asked for a pic which I sent then told me she doesn’t think you have more boxes.I am so upset! Who am I dealing with? Then said she was in sales so would refer a case over but they are busy so don’t expect a response for 3-5 days…OMG I am part of an art group with over 500 people and intended to share pics of the glass since most are new and looking for glass contacts…Boy have a changed my mind for something that could of been so simple...

Nora, I'm sorry that the case arrived broken. This is why we have discontinued this item. We were having issues with these hard cases cracking. In addition, the manufacturer of these cases discontinued them, so we can't even get more if we tried. I'm very sorry the outer case was damaged. But hopefully the inner cases are still working for the purpose as intended and you can see what glass offerings we carry. I will process a 50% refund ($10.00) on your sample kit for the inconvenience. We hope you still consider us as a referral to your art group friends. Regardless of the sample case, our fire glass is still superior and serves the purpose as intended.
