“I am using this to replenish the glass around the base of a sculpture -- it seems pretty glass has a way of walking away with visitors! I love this it makes the piece so much nicer. Thanks for such a good product; and getting it hear quickly!!!”

“The packaging was terrible 2 out of the 3 packages , the bags of different colors had opened up and the colors had mixed it took me several hours to sort out the colors , this was an unnecessary waste of my time”

“Good response time and helpful phone staff. I was under the impression you had inventory on hand, however the product I purchased was drop-shipped from the manufacturer. I don’t know if I would have done anything different but would have appreciated some indication on your website that a purchased product was going to be send by the manufacturer. Timeliness turned out OK, but if in a hurry may have gone a different route. Thanks for listening. Alton Brody”

“Mitchell was incredibly helpful. We are building our first custom fire pit and he walked us through every consideration and all the parts we might need both with us and our fabricator. It certainly took the guesswork out of our project. The how to videos on the website he directed us to are also very helpful. Thank you Starfire.”

Mr. Carvalho, Thank you for your purchase and review. The Chelsea Anywhere Fireplace product page listing shows a shipping estimate of "3-5 business days". Your order was placed on Monday evening, July 29th and shipped for free the very next day, July 30th. Tracking info shows your order arriving today, exactly 1 week from when you placed the order. It seems that the tracking email didn't process correctly, which is likely why you rated us 2 stars. We'll look into this automation issue. We hope the processing and ship time was satisfactory. “Customer Service Phone Agent was excellent. She had a positive friendly eager to help tone of voice. She displayed knowledge by answering my questions thoroughly and asked clarifying questions. I made a special request which she was able to fulfill. The product I ordered was shipped and arrived as described. The packaging was secure. The glass pebbles were as depicted on the website and they look stunning in my outdoor fire pit. I ordered the black color and the reflection of the flames in the dark makes a statement IMHO, a perfect way to finish off our backyard remodel. I would recommend Starfire Direct based on the overall experience I have had.”
