Starfire’s website super easy to navigate. I found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. The checkout process was made very simple as they accept payment via PayPal. I will gladly do business with them in the future and recommend them to friends.

Fits and performs perfectly for my custom gas fire pit. When my fire pit is not in use, this cover keeps the leaves, dust, weather & debris off the glass rock center, as well as the beautiful epoxy counter-top finish.

Many delays, poor customer service. wrong part was sent,then initial response was given to my inquiry, now been over 10 days and no response to my multiple emails nor a resolution given to solve my issue. can't even get ahold of someone to cancel everything and get a refund. Now stuck waiting on this part or a response

Benjamin, I'm seeing you ordered on 11/29/20 and most of your items shipped only 2 days later on 12/2/20. The burner pan you ordered was a "custom" order and had to be made for you. That shipped on 12/17/20. Our customer service department has been in contact with both you and our supplier about the items in question, it's just taking longer than normal during this busy holiday season. We appreciate your patience while we work any issues.

We are so happy with Starfire Direct!!. It has been a fabulous experience from exploring the website, choosing samples, calculating the amount of fire glass needed, to placing our order and having a live chat with Sasha, It is unfortunate the shipment was held up at customs, however we were not in a huge hurry. Our patience was well rewarded when we received our order and within a few minutes poured our Water and Ice 1/2” premix into our newly painted fireplace with upgraded gas burner. Our fireplace has been transformed from boring builder grade into a shiny, sparkling, beautiful feature in our home. We are thrilled with the look and ambiance of our “new” fireplace! Pedro, I'm sorry for your fire glass delay. Our website did say that the fire glass was backordered and that it would ship as soon as it came in, as well as emailed notice regarding COVID delays.

It took three months to receive my order. I talked to Trisha several times and feel the problem was the vender could not supply the order to Starfire. Your employee Trisha was very helpful. “all is well that ends well”

The glass I order is for a gift. The color looks very nice. When I took the bag of fireglass out of the fed ex bag the fire glass bag split open and glass when out on my kitchen counter. There were tiny sharp pieces of glass on the counter and while cleaning it up I cut my hand. I am sure it is hard to ship sharp glass in plastic bags but is there sturdier container to put it in ?

So far, I have been very impressed with the service from Starfire Direct. I have not received my firepit yet (it is being shipped at this time), but everyone I have spoken with (Steven and Gloria) were extremely helpful and professional.
