“Very pleased with our fire pit choice of glass. We choose the 1” black rounded product Ordering on line was very easy. The instructions calculating how many pounds was very accurate. Arrived sooner than expected. Would differently recommend Starfire to our friends.”

“The wrong item was sent. Had a heckuva time getting the thing picked up. I ordered well in advance of my project to avoid issues. And at the moment I do not have a fire pit although I ordered it in February. People say they’re helpful but don’t follow through. You have my money I have no fire pit. Not impressed”

“I really appreciate the high quality of the fire pit we purchased. It wasn't too difficult to assemble . The directions could have been a little more explanatory. I did have to go out an purchase a part to convert to propane, that I was told would be sent with the unit and parts. Otherwise, we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks.”

“The products I bought for my fireplace were perfect. The measurements on the sight were accurate and were an excellent guide when making my selections. My fireplace has now become useful and generates an enormous amount of heat compared to the old parts that were replaced. The glass that covers that pipes adds class when the fire is both on and off.”

“I love my firepit! It looks awesome and puts out good heat. I really wish there was more information on the gas hook up. There was no point of direction that the gas line should have been placed underneath it?? It only stated it comes with a 2’ line. I have to replace a board on my deck now and move the gas line where to where it should have been originally. No directions were sent with the firepit as well???”
